1、 电气安全方针Electric Safety guideline1资格 certification经医生检查无妨碍从事电气工作的病症，Unacceptable illness is prohibited for electric work after body examination.必须持特种作业证上岗。Must have electric operation qualification certification.了解岗位责任区域内的供电线路及电气设备的性能。Familiar to the supply line and electrical equipment for your resp

2、onsible area熟悉掌握触电急救方法和事故紧急处理措施。Familiar to first aid and incident emergency treatment 2. 劳动防护用品PPE 必须正确穿戴合格的劳动防护用品，如绝缘鞋、工作服。必要时还应戴安全帽，系安全带、安全眼镜 Must wear corrective PPE, such as insulation safety shoes, uniform, helmet, full body lanyard, safety glass, if necessary. 高压作业的绝缘靴Insulation boots forHigh

3、 voltage work 高压作业的绝缘手套Insulation gloves forHigh voltage work 3. 工作监护制度Work guard rule 在供、配电线路及设备上作业时，必须有经验人员监护，监护人不得从事操作或与监护无关的事情 Work at supply-distribution line &equipment, must be guarded by experienced person, the guarder can not operate and do any other task.4. 技术措施Technical measurement 任何

4、电气线路、设备未经本人验电以前一律视为有电，不准触及。需接触操作时，应切断该处电源，并经验电（对电容性设施还应放电）确认，全面实施ECPL，方能接触作业。对与供、配电网络相联系部分，除进行断电、放电、验电外，还应挂接临时接地线，开关上锁，防止停电后突然来电 Any electrical line equipment, we will treat it as electrical body, before electrical test. If we need contact the equipment, we should cut off the power ,and test & v

5、erify ( should Discharge to capacitive equipment) , we must fully implement ECPL, then can start to operate . if it is connected with supplier and distribution power-net, beside do isolation discharge electrical test , should fasten earth line, lock the switch to avoid power coming suddenly . 5.闸刀开关

6、的操作Operate the knife switch 动力配电盘上的闸刀开关，禁止带负荷拉、合闸，必须先将用电设备开关断开方能操作。手工合（拉）闸刀开关时，应一次推（拉）到位。处理事故需拉开带负荷的动力配电盘上闸刀开关时，应戴绝缘手套和防护眼镜，或采取其它防止电弧烧伤和触电措施. 7、witch in one action, when you operate the knife switch. When we need operate the knife switch on the power switchboard, we should wear insulation gloves and safety glass, or other measurement to avoid arc burn and electrical shock 6. 梯子Ladder 使用梯子时，用前应检查梯子是否完好，踏步不许有裂纹损坏，且应有防滑措施。梯子与地面之间以75°角为宜，高

8、处要绑牢。站在人字梯子上作业时，应挂好搭勾，并有专人扶持。不准使用钉子钉成的木梯。 Ladder must be in good condition , need treatment to proof slip, the angle between ladder and earth is 75, the top must be tied .when you stand on the A frame ladder, must fasten the hook, and one person support it. Wood or fiberglass ladders (not metal) mus

9、t be used when working on or near electrical equipment. DON'T TRY THIS!Metal laddder is unacceptable7.电动工具 Power tool 使用电动工具时应遵守电动工具的操作要求。严禁将电动工具的外壳接地和工作零线拧在一起插入插座，必须使用单相三眼（孔）、三相四眼（孔）插座和三芯或四芯橡皮护套电缆。使用I类手持电动工具时应配漏电保护装置、隔离变压器，操作人员应戴绝缘手套。 Prohibit to combine earth line of tool shell and work neuter

10、 line, and inset into socket, must use single phase three hole three phase four hole socket and three line or four line rule jacket cable. If use type 1 power tool , must use leakage protector isolation transformer , operator should wear insulation gloves. 使用手持电动工具前，要先检查工具，特别是防护装置、插头、插座、绝缘电阻、电线连接是否可

13、ip, plug and cable.插头已损坏，不能再使用。This plug is damaged and must be repaired or replaced before it can be8.电气火灾Electrical fire 正确使用电气火灾的常用灭火器材。二氧化碳、1211、干粉灭火器的灭火剂都不导电，可用来带电灭火。灭火时，灭火器本体、喷嘴及人体与带电体要保持一定距离；电压在10KV及以下者不小于0.4m；电压在35KV及以上者不小于0.9m。使用二氧化碳灭火器时，应保持通风良好，要离灭火区23m，并注意防止干冰沾着皮肤。 We should use electrica

14、l fire extinguisher correctively, CO2 1211 powder or class D extinguishers on electrical fires, (never water). When you fight electrical fire , you must keep distance with the body from electric ; the distance is 0.4 meter at least for the low than voltage 10KV. For the 35KV and above is 0.9 meter.

15、When you use co2 , keep good atmospheric ventilation , must be 2-3m away from fire area, and pay attention to dry ice stick your skin.9. 潮湿环境用电Wet condition 潮湿场所和排汗增加了导电的潜在风险。接地故障短路器必须与便携式设备连在一起。同时，我们也要考虑使用安全电压，中国标准规定： 有三个安全电压等级12V24V36V 。 不同区域使用不同电压等级，比如：潮湿、狭小、不方便操作区域（ 金属密闭空间、地下通道），照明和工具要求使用 12V 电压

16、。 Wet, damp, humid locations and perspiration increase the potential for electrical conductivity. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters must be used in conjunction with portable equipment in damp or wet locations. and we must consider to use the tool with safety voltage , our country standards stipulate

17、 :12V24V36V are three safety voltage levels ,different zone use different voltage level. Such as wet narrow inconvenience zone( metal confine space, or tunnel) , 12v should be used for portable torch or tool.10. 安全距离Safety distance 高压设备停电工作时，距离工作人员工作中正常活动范围内小于表1规定的设备，必须停电距离大于表1但小于表2规定的设备，必须在距离带电部分不小
