The valve noumenonn is made up by valve body, disc, shaft, transmission shaft and sealing package, etc. u 传动机构主要由液压缸、摇臂、支撑墙板(重锤式还有重锤、杠杆等)等连接、传动件组成,是液压动力开、关阀门的主要执行机构。The actuator is made up by the connection and transmi

27、ssion pieces suach as hydraulic jar, rocking arm, support wallboard (haevy hammer type has haevy hammer, lever, etc.) It is the main executive body of valve, which open and close the valve hydraulicaly.u 卧式布置时,传动机构一般采用正向安装;现场空间限制时也可根据用户要求采用反向安装(即传动装置位于阀体的另一侧,见图1图2)。While fixed up horizontally, the a

28、ctuator generally adopts obverse installation. If there is not enough space, you can adopt reverse installation (transmission device is placed on the other side of valve body, see Fig. 1 - Fig. 2).u 液压站包括油泵机组、手动泵、蓄能器、电磁阀、溢流阀、流量控制阀、截止阀、液压集成块、油箱等零部件。The hydraulic pressure station is made up by oil pum

29、p assembly, hand operated pump, accumulator, electromagnetic valve, overflow valve, flow control valve, stop valve, hydraulic pressure integrated lump, oil tank, etc.u 重锤式自动保压型系统中,蓄能器用作系统压力的补偿。In automatic pressure maintaining heavy hmmer type control ssystem, the accumlator can be used as compensat

30、ion of systematic pressure.u 流量控制阀用于开阀时间调节,调节范围见第5节<特殊参数>。The flow control valve is used to adjust the time of opening the valve, see the adjusting range in section 5(Special Parameters).u 手动泵用于系统调试和特殊工况下的阀门启闭。The hand operated pump is use for the systematic debuging and opening and closing th

31、e valve under special operating mode.u 液压系统与阀门本体可以是整体式安装,也可以分开安装。用户未作特殊说明时为分体式安装。The hydraulic system and valve noumenonn can install integrally, as well as install separately. If users dont have special requirements, it is installed separately. When the accumulator type is fixed up vertically, it s

32、hould be installed separately.8.工作原理及操作说明 WORKING PRINCIPLE & OPERATION NOTES本阀电气控制系统按主逻辑元件类别分为普通型和PLC智能控制型,出厂配套一般为普通型,需PLC智能控制型要在订货时说明。各类型又分以下几种主要工况:According to the logic components the electric control systemic divided into common relay type and PLC intellectual control type. The factory alwa

The main operating modes of all kinds of divides are as follows:开阀离心泵工况(包括离心式混流泵):先启动泵,延迟预定时间后开阀,或泵阀同时开启。The operating mode of the opening valves eccentric pump (including the

34、 centrifugal diagonal pump): Start the pump first, delay scheduled time and turn on the valve, or open the pump and the valve at the same time.开阀轴流泵工况(包括轴流式混流泵):泵阀同时开启,或先开阀至一定角度,再启动泵。The operating mode of the opening valves axial pump (including the axial-flow type diagonal pump): While opening the

35、pump and the valve at the same time, turn on the valve to some angle, and then start the pump.本阀电气控制系统均配有就地控制回路和远程联动控制回路。就地控制回路主要用于现场调试,正常工作时一般均使用远程联动控制回路。This electric control system of the valve is furnished with local controlling circuit and remote tandem controlling circuit. The local controllin

36、g circuit is used to debugging in situ, while the remote tandem controlling circuit is generally used to normal working.油泵电源为AC380V,控制不间断电源为AC220V。The systematic motive power is AC380V, the uninterrupted power supply is AC220V.液压控制原理详见(附件3),电气控制原理详见(附件4)The hydraulic principle dewing see Appendix3,a

37、nd The Electric operation Principle dewing see Appendix4.8.1 自动保压Automatic Packing合上空气开关,接通油泵电源AC380V、控制不间断电源AC220V电源,电源指示灯亮;Close the air switch, connected to pump power AC380V, AC220V control of uninterruptible power supply, power indicator light; “控制电源”转换开关旋到 “开”位置,控制系统自动保压单元自动启动,油泵自动开机给系统充压。当压力增

38、至压力继电器高端设定点(16MPa)后,油泵停机。以后无论在“就地”或“远程”、“开阀”或“关阀”状态,保压功能均有效。即:当系统压力降至压力继电器低端设定点(13MPa)时,油泵自动开启充压, 至高压力设定点停机。Then change the transfer switch to " Open” position, start the automatic pressure maintaining system. The electric motor begins to fill the accumulator with pressure. When the pressure re

39、aches the high-pressure switchs setting number (16MPa), the oil pump shuts,Maintenance is always in effect, in spite of which state the system is on (Locale, remote, Down。 This function of automatic pressure open, close, and etc。 Which is when the system drops the pressure to low-pressure switchs se

40、tting number (13MPa), the oil pump will automatically start to fill the pressure, when reach the high-pressure switchs setting number (16MPa), it shuts down.蓄能器存储的能源足够AC380V动力电源故障、油泵不能启动时,一次全程的开阀或关阀。When the power of AC380V goes wrong, or the oil pump cant work normally, the pressure preserved in th

41、e accumulator can complete a whole course of opening valve or closing valve.将转换开关旋至“关”位置,可解除自动保压功能You can release this function, through changing the transfer switch to "Close” position.8.2 就地控制Locale Operation将转换开关旋至“就地”位。Change the transfer switch to "Locale” position.8.2.1 开阀To open the

42、 valve按就地控制箱上开阀按钮,开阀指示灯亮,则阀门将按设定好的速度开启,直到全开位置(“全开”指示灯点亮)自动停止开阀动作,开阀指示灯自动熄灭Press the locally button of opening-valve, the indicator lamp of opening-valve is bright, and the valve open on the speed adjusted beforehand. When the valve is opened fully, it is stopped, and the full-open indicator lamp lig

43、hts, the opening-valve indicator lamp goes out.调整开阀时间可通过旋转流量控制阀手轮来实现,其开度变化后可以达到不同的开阀时间以适应实际工况,时间调整范围见前表特殊参数。Through rotating the handwheel of the flow control valve to adjust the time of opening the valve. You can change the time in order to meet the practical operating mode. See the time adjusting

44、range in Special Parameters.8.2.2 关阀To close the valve按关阀按钮,关阀指示灯亮,则阀门将按设定好的速度关闭阀门,直到全关位置(全关指示灯点亮)自动停止关阀动作,关阀指示灯自动熄灭。关阀分为快关、慢关两阶段,调整旋转关流量控制阀和油缸尾部的缓闭节流阀来分别实现,其调节范围见前表。Press the button of closing-valve, the indicator lamp of closing-valve is bright, and the valve close on the scheduled speed。 When the

45、 valve is closed fully, it is stopped, and the full-close indicator lamp lights, the closing-valve indicator lamp goes out.Valve closing is divided into fast-close and slow-close. Through rotating the flow valve and the slow-close flow valve at the tail of cylinder you can adjust the speed.8.2.3停止St

46、op阀门在开阀、关阀的过程中,按停止按钮,阀门停止在任意中间位置。You can discontinue movements through pressing the stop button in the course of opening the valve or closing the valve normally. Let the valve be stopped in the arbitrary position.8.3 远程控制Remote Operation将转换开关旋至“远程”位,远程指示灯亮。Turn the transfer switch to the position of

47、 “Remote”, the remote indicator lamp lights.8.3.1开阀To open the valveu 先启泵、后开阀Start the pump first, delay to open the valve.中控室启动水泵,延迟预定时间后,水泵控制继电器常开接点闭合,阀门按预定程序自动开启、保压。将延迟预定时间调定为零,即可实现泵阀同时启动。The remote control panel starts the pump, delay scheduled time, the valve is opened and the system maintains

48、pressure automatically according to scheduled program. The pump and the valve may be arranged to start at the same time through adjusting the scheduled time to 0 sec.u 先开阀、后启泵Open the valve first, delay to start the pump.按远程开阀按钮,油泵启动,阀门随之开启。当阀门开启到一定角度(15度),启泵行程开关压合,信号发出,中控室启动水泵。开阀按钮同时发出启泵信号,也可实现泵阀同时

49、启动。Press the remote button of opening-valve。The valve begins to open. When open the valve to the station of 15°, the action switch SQ3 is turned off, the electric signal is send out, the remote control panel starts the pump immediately. The electric signal of start-pump can be send out at the s

50、ame time of open valve too.8.3.2关阀To close the valveu 泵阀正常同时关闭The valve and the pump are closed at the same time.水泵停机,电磁阀得电换向,阀门按预定程序关阀。The pump is stopped, at the same time, the electromagnetic valve YV connects with the electricity and change the direction. the butterfly valve close according to t

51、he scheduled program.u 先关阀、后停泵Close the valve first, delay to stop the pump.按下远程关阀按钮,阀门关闭;当阀门关闭到一定角度(75度),行程开关压合,发出信号,远程控制室停止水泵。Press the remote button of closing-valve。The valve begins to close. When close the valve to the station of 75°, the action switch SQ4 is turned off, the electric signa

52、l is send out, the remote control panel stops the pump immediately8.3.3联动失电保护Protections of losing the electricity本电控设备接入24V不间断电源。当常规电源失电时,备用电源自动接入,阀门保持当前位置,若需失电关阀,将PLC上I4从0.5改接到0.4即可。The electronic control device access 24V uninterruptible power supply. 55、mA signal, and etc.8.4手动操作Manual Operation动力电源失电时时,摇动手动泵,亦可实现阀门启闭。手动功能主要是利用备用电源进行阀门调试,或在特殊情况下的阀门紧急关闭。When the power of AC380V goes wrong , wave the hand operated pump,you can open and close the butterfly valve too.Manual Operation is mainly used to debug the valve , or to close the valve under speci

56、al instance.8.5 压力继电器高、低点调整方法:Pressure relay adjusting看液压原理图,找到压力继电器,用内六角扳手旋转压力继电器尾部的调整螺钉,向左旋,调整的压力降低,向右旋,调整的压力升高。(出厂时都调好).First, you should confirm the certain pressure relay according to Hydraulic Principle Drawing。Then using a hexagon ring spanner, you may rotate an adjusting bolt at the relays tail.
