6、SD1407/month，USD9849 in 7months.总计：每月 1407 美元 , 7 个月共 9849 美元3.PAYMENT支付方式The payment shall be made by the Party A to the bank account designated by the Party B, within 15 days after the date from the Party B indication.应 B 方要求 15 天内， A 方将服务费支付到 B 方指定的银行账号。4. FORCE MAJEURE 不可抗力条款The obligations of t

7、he parties to this Agreement shall be suspended in the event of any of the, but not limited to, the following conditions of force majeure hereinafter mentioned shall occur:Act of God or nature, fire, flood, strike, insurrection, riots, terrorism , war embargo or any emergency resulting in traffic re

8、strictions or blockage or congestion which prevent the transport via any driveway to Site.双方有义务遵守本协定的内容 ,不得在任何情况下暂停执行条款内容 , 但是不包括下文所列出的不可抗力条款 :天灾或自然灾害 ,火灾 ,水灾 ,罢工 ,暴动 ,骚乱 ,恐怖活动 ,战争所导致通往工作地点的交通渠道或是道路 ,发生交通限制或者堵塞或是拥挤 .5.DISPUTE 争议All disputes which may arise between the parties hereto in relation to o

9、r in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by amicable deliberation between the parties hereto.合同双方之间发生一切与本协议有关的争议,由合同双方友好协商解决.6. GOVERNING LAW 基本法This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Thailand本协议受泰国法律管辖7.TERMINATION解约2Either Party breaching any of the terms of this Agreement, fa

10、ils to perform any obligation hereunder and if such breach or failure is not rectified immediately after other party notifies the defaulting party, the other party shall be entitled at its option to terminate this Agreement. In such case such party should inform the other party in writing giving one

11、 (1) month notice of intention to terminate this Agreement for clearing out any outstanding work and payments.任何一方违反本协议的任何条款 ,未能履行本协议的义务 ,如果另一方通知违约方后 ,但违约方并没有立即更改 ,另一方则有权选择终止本次协议 .在这种情况下 , 该方应提前一个月 ,写一份终止本协议的书面文件通知另一方 ,以便在清除任何未完成的工作和支付后 ,用于终止本协议 .8.MISCELLANEOUS其他8.1Both parties shall keep each othe
