5、 procedures shown as fig.(1)(3) 10917、 附图 Attached Drawing Five 内爬前独立固定基础图 foundation for inner climbing forward stationary 111概述(Preface)QTZ125G(FS6016)塔式起重机是根据JG/T5037塔式起重机分类标准设计的新型建筑用塔式起重机。该机为水平臂架,小车变幅,上回转自升式多用途塔机,其标准臂长为50米,加长臂可达55米、60米,最大起重量为10吨,起重力矩为125吨米,该机主要特点如下:Model QTZ125G(FS6016) tower cr

6、ane is designed according to the Chinese standard of JG/T5037(Classification Of Tower Crean).The QTZ125G(FS6016) tower crane is a self-climbing multi-purpose machine with a horizontal jib,a trolleying mechanism and an upper slewing mechanism.And it has the standard 50m Jibs Radius,and if we lengthen

7、 it. Then we can reach 55m to 60m. Jibs Radius.And its the Max hoisting capacity is 10T, and its hoisting moment is 125T/M. Its characteristics as follows: 1、上部采用液压顶升,来实现增加或减少塔身标准节,使塔机能随着建筑物高度而升高或降低。 Its upper adopts the hydraulic jacking system, as to increase or reduce the tower body section, that

8、 can hoist or debase varies with the building height.2、工作速度高,调速性能好,工作平稳,效率高。 It has hight working speed and good regulated speed performance, and crane works more smoothly and has much high working efficiency.起升机构采用带涡流制动器的电动机,电磁离合器换档的三速变速箱,能实现重载低速、轻载高速,最高速度可达100m/min。The hoisting mechanism adupted t

11、 is used in different condition, and it has many working mode, and it is applied in extensive projects.通过更换或增减一些部件及辅助装置,塔机可以获得轨道行走、直接固定附着于建筑物或在建筑物内爬升等三种工作方式,以满足不同的使用要求。Through change, increase or reduce some parts and ancillary devices, the tower crane could obtain three working mode: track mobile,

12、directly anchored to the building and inner climbing on the building, it is satisfied different construction needs.轨道行走式起升高度为50米。 The track mobile hoisting height is 50m.直接固定附着式的最大起升高度可达180米。附着式起重机的底架可直接安装在建筑物上或建筑物旁的混凝土基础上。The max hoisting height can reach 180m of directly anchored to the building s

The classis of the anchored tower crane can be directly installed on the building or the concrete foundation beside of the building. 内爬式时,最大起升高度可达140米。塔机安装在电梯井或其它适宜的结构部位上,随着施工进程的需要而向上爬升。When it takes inner climbing, its max hoisting height can reach 140m. 29、机由金属结构、驱动机构、液压顶升、电气控制以及安全保护装置等组成,现按各部分的不同特点简介如下:The tower crane is made up of metal mechanism, drive mechanism, hydraulic jack, electrical control and safety protecting devices, and every part of it with different characteristics as follows:31金属结构:(metal mechanism)金属结构主要包括:底架、塔身标准节、起重臂、平衡臂、爬升架、塔顶、上下

30、支座、回转塔身以及附着装置等。Metal mechanism mainly included:classis,tower section,jib, counter jib,climbing frame,tower head,upper support& slewing ring support,slewing tower body and attachment and so on.311底架(见图3-1)底架由基础节、整梁、半梁、撑杆以及拉杆等组成。整梁、半梁由销轴连接成十字架,与基础节相连。在整梁与半梁之间用拉杆连接,基础节上端与塔身基节相连,在下部安装电缆卷筒及行走机构用配电箱,十字架两端

31、有主、被动台车。由于各部分均用销轴或螺栓连接,拆装运输都较方便。3.1.1 classis (shown as fig.3-1) The classis is made up of base section, total Beam, semi-beam, tower strut and tid rod and so on.The total beam and semi-beam are connected into cross beam with pin, and connect with base section.Between total beam and semi-beam they a

32、re connected with tie rod, upper base section are connected with tower base section, cable drum are installed in the lower end of it and mobile mechanism be installed with *, both sides of the cross beam has driving bogie and driven bogie. Section-to-section is connected by pins or bolt for the purp

33、ose of convenient installing and dismantling.312塔身标准节(见图3-2)tower section showe as fig.3-2塔身中心截面为1.7m1.7m,每节长3m,每节之间用8个M39高强度螺栓联接。主弦杆采用角钢加不同的加强板拼焊成方管,腹杆采用20#无缝钢管。The size of towen centre section is 1.7m*1.7m, every section is 3m length, section-to-section is connected by 8 M39 high-strength bolt. 34、e master pulley adopts that jointed angle iron and some different fortified board into square-tube, ventro-rod adopts 20# without-sew steel tube.313爬升架(见图3-3)climbing frame shown as fig.3-3爬升架主要由套架、平台、液压顶升装置及标准节引进装置组成。套架是套在塔身标准节外部,上端用螺栓与下支座相连,高6.88米,截面2.3m2.3m。是由型钢和钢板组焊成的框架结构。为了使一套爬升架能为多台同型号塔机使用,套架可

35、拆为平面桁架和一个U型空间桁架。为了便于顶升安装的安全需要,特设有工作平台。爬升架内侧沿塔身主弦杆安装有16只可调节的滚轮,支撑在塔身主弦杆的外侧。在爬升架的横梁上,焊上两块耳板与液压系统油缸铰接,承受油缸的顶升载荷。爬升架下部有两个杠杆原理操纵的摆动爬爪,在液压油缸回收活塞以及引进标准节等过程中,作为爬升架承托重量之用。 Consists of frame, platform, climbing stairs, hydraulic jack system and let-in device for mast section. 36、er section,its upper is connected with slewing ring support with bolts,its 6.88m high,and the section is 2.3m*2.3m .Its a frame structure be welded by profiled bar and armor plate.In order to make the single climbing frame be used in several different model tower crane,the frame can be disassembly i

37、nto the plane frame and a U-cross-section spatial frame.For the purpose of safety jack,platforms are provided at the top of and in the middle of the climbing frame.Climbing frames have 16 rollers on the inner side,these rollers are supported on the outer side of the main chord rod of the tower body.

38、On the beam at rear side of climbing frame,jointed with two ear-plates and hydraulic system oil cylinder,acting as guide and bearing from the jocking oil cylinder.The lower end of the climbing frame has two pendular latches, in the course of hydraulic cylinder reclaim pistonand and bring in the towe

Work as supporting the weight of the climbing frame.314塔顶(见图3-4)tower head shown as fig.3-4塔顶是由角钢、无缝钢管、钢板等组焊成的斜锥体,上端通过拉杆使起重臂与平衡臂保持水平,下端用4个销轴与回转塔身连接,为了安装吊臂拉杆和平衡臂拉杆,在塔顶上部设有工作平台和滑轮组。The tower head is made up of the angle steel, without-sew steel tube, armor plate and after welded then made i

41、ovided with a Working platform and pulley block. 315起重臂(见图3-5)jib shown as fig.3-5起重臂上、下弦杆都是用两个角钢拼焊成的方管,整个臂架为三角形截面,高1.2米,宽1.4 米,臂总长为60.5米,共分为十节,节与节之间用销轴连接,拆装方便。为了提高起重性能,减轻吊臂的重量,吊臂采用双吊点,变截面空间桁架结构。在起重臂第一节放置小车牵引机构和悬挂吊篮,便于安装与维修。臂架根部第一节与回转塔身用销轴连接。The upper and lower chord rods on the jib are square tubes

46、 by pins,hoisting mechanism and counter-weight are both installed in the end of the counter-jib,the different weight of counter-weight has different jib length.In order to maintain the counter-jib at a horizontal position, provided with two hook lugs on the last section, through which jib pull rods

47、are connected to the tower head,the root of the first jib section is connected to the slewing tower body by pins.317上支座(见图3-7)upper support上支座上部用16个螺栓与回转塔身相连,下部用高强度螺栓与回转支承相连。在支承座两侧对称地安装两套回转机构,而在它下面的小齿轮准确地与回转支承外齿圈啮合。上支座三面平台,方便工作,另一面设有回转限位器。司机室侧置在上支座的回转机构旁边,出入容易,工作安全。注意:司机室、电控箱内的出厂资料(电器原理图、接线图等)严禁挪作它用

53、hanism, slewing mechanism, mobile mechanism, trolleying mechanism and jacking mechanism, and the structure description as follows: 注:本机构第一次使用一星期后减速器应立即换油并清洗。Note: we should change the oil in time for the reducer and wash it after working for one week at the first time.321起升机构(见图3-10)hoisting mechani

54、sm起升机构对于不同的起吊重量有不同速度,以充分地满足施工要求。The hoisting mechanism with the function of different speed for different hoisting weight, so that it is applied in different construction projects. QTZ125G(FS6016)塔式起重机采用了由YZRW225/30KW电机,通过柱销联轴器带动变速箱(此变速箱采用电磁离合器变档,可达三种传动比)再驱动卷筒,使卷筒获得三种绳速。根据吊重可选择不同的滑轮倍率,当选用2绳时,速度可达到25

55、、50、100米/分三种。若选用4绳时,速度可达12.5、25、50米/分三种。为达到启动和制动迅速又平稳,在电动机的另一端带有涡流制动器,在变速箱的轴的另一端装有YWZ-300/45型液压推杆制动器,起升机构不工作时,制动机构永远处在制动位置。在卷筒轴另一端装有高度限位器,高度限位器可根据实际的需要进行调整。The QTZ125G (FS6016) tower crane adupted the 30Kw motor model YZRW225, through the coupling drive the reducer (the reducer adopts electromagneti

When use the rope 2, its speed can reaches 25m/50m/100m per minite. If use the rope 4, its speed can reaches 12.5m/25m/50m per minite. In order to drive it rapidly and placidity, it has brake by eddying on the other side of the motor, the braking
