1、毕业论文-大楼工程量计算及施工组织设计 摘 要本毕业设计为山东相应工程量计算相应施工图预算以及施工组织设计施工组织设计是对工程建设工程全过程的构思设想和具体安排用来指导施工工程全过程各项活动的技术经济和组织的综合性文件工程造价是投资者的投资命脉而施工组织设计那么是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂一个好的施工组织关系到一个工程能否顺利有序的实施关系到一个施工工程的成败本次毕业设计的内容主要分为两局部第一局部每人计算一局部工程量套消耗量定额进行相应局部的施工图预算然后小组进行工程量汇总再套消耗量定额对本工程进行施工图预算得出本工程的费用及材料机械消耗数量第二局部施工组织设计根据本工程的特点和施工条件及工期

2、和质量要求合理划分施工段并确定施工流向编制出切实可行的施工方案根据各分局部项工程的划分编制施工组织进度方案表保证主导工序的连续施工对人财物等资源进行优化确定适宜的资源需要量方案根据计算确定材料堆场面积根据现场的实际情况进行垂直机械堆场面积道路等的布置从而确定合理的施工平面图采取各项技术组织管理措施确保工程的顺利实施关键词 工程量施工图预算施工组织设计施工方案ABSTRACTThe graduation design for Shandong jining city retires to the second army retired cadres in retreat the correspo
