1、除泥清洁器使用说明书目录1、概述12、型号意义及时性要技术参数13、工作原理及结构特点24、安装与使用25、维护与保养3、概述随着钻井技术的不断进步,水平井,定向井等钻井新技术、新工艺的不断 推广应用,钻井液的技术性能与钻井速度和钻井质量的矛盾日益突出,如何经 济有效地提高,特别是稳定钻井液的技术指标,清除钻井液中的有害固相,满 足钻井新技术工艺的需求,已成为石油钻井技术发展和进步的重要技术攻关课 题。为此我公司从实际出发,设计制造了 ZCNQ12010 型除泥器,该产品可 广泛用于钻井液的三级净化,可有效地清除悬浮在钻井液中大于 30 微米的固相 颗粒,是稳定、调节钻井液技术指标不可缺少的重
2、要设施之一。ZCNQ12010 型除泥器,设计与双排直线或斜线组合式旋流器组和细目 振动筛,通过调节旋流和筛架角度可实现加重钻井液中的重晶石回收和非加重 钻井液的一般使用, ZCNQ 12010型除泥器选用 5 寸浇注型聚氨脂旋流器, 适用范围大,耐磨损不堵塞,筛架后角可调整不跑泥浆, 140/40 目缝织筛网强 度高,使用寿命长,整体结构紧凑合理,安装调节方便,性能稳定可靠,维护 保养简单。二、型号意义及主要技术参数1、型号意义Z C N Q 12010a、旋流器部分:灌注进液管直径 159,溢流排出管直径 159,工作压力: 0.300.39Mpa, 旋流器组数:,处理量: 160m3/h
3、,旋流器公称直径 116,进液口直径 2,溢 流口直径 2,底流口直径 14。b、除泥器部分筛网 1800600,140目/40目,激振力 010KN,振幅 2mm,电机 0.5 千 瓦,转速 1445r/min。c、其它:外型尺寸:(长宽高) 1500900 1850重量: 900Kg三、工作原理及结构特点:工作原理: ZCNQ12010 型除泥器主要由灌注进液管、溢流排出管、旋 流器组、振动筛及底座、支座等组成。工作时,含有悬浮固相颗粒的钻井液在压力作用下,由灌注进液管经旋流 器上部圆柱蜗壳部位的切向入口进入旋流器旋转下移, ,由于钻井液中的固相与 液相间存在着密度差,且加上旋流器上大下小
4、,钻井液越向下运动,获得的角 速度就越大,从而获得更大的径向加速度,固相颗粒近靠锥壁加速下移并经底 流口排出,而密度低的液相在旋流器的进口处就在形成低压涡流,向下旋流运 动的液相也将在底部产生挤压而反而向上移,从溢流口排出返回循环系统。此外,经旋流器挤出的底流落到振动筛网上,透筛的钻井液中粒度大的重 晶石返回循环系统,筛上有害物固相被排除。 (见图一)四、安装与使用ZCNQ-12010型除泥器在其顶部设计有两个吊环, 供装运安装使用, 两个 要 159 短节,供换向和焊法兰或弯头、倒刺管等使用,安装时,可视现场情 况,将除泥器牢固地装在 1或 2罐上的适当位置,然后依据需要,用 6胶 管或 6
5、钢管把灌注砂泵的排除口和除泥器的灌注液进口牢固地连接起来, 检查 设备外部是否有碰坏或不下沉情况,去除振动筛压紧板,接通振动筛电机电源, 通电检查电机旋转方向和振动筛工作情况,将各运动部位加涂适量油脂,开动 灌注泵,查看压力表压力是否在工作压力范围检查各连接部位有无刺漏现象, 如有刺漏,可拧紧刺漏部位的螺丝,调整旋流吕底流螺母,使其底流成伞状排 出。停用时,应先将砂泵关闭,冬季放净泵中泥浆,将筛网冲洗干净,关掉振 动筛电机电源,检查各部位有否异常。另外,对非加重钻井液的使用时,可将振动筛筛架后部调高,使筛上物尽 快排出,对加重泥浆,将筛架放底,以尽可能多的回收重晶石,以减少泥浆成 本。五、维护

7、ization and application of new technology and processes, such as horizontal and deflected drilling wells, the contradiction between the technical performance of drilling fluid and drilling speed and quality increasingly emerges .How effectively and economically to increase , especially stabilize the
8、 technical criteria for drilling fluid ,to remove the harmful solids in drilling fluid ,and to meet the process demand of new drilling fluid ,and to meet the process demand of new drilling technology, becomes a key technical research task .Through the wide field investigation and technical demonstra
9、tion ,and according to the current conditions of some oil fields in our country ,our plant practically designs and manufactures ZCNQ 120 10 mud remover .Widely applied the purification of drilling fluid in three levels , the product effectively removes solid granules of over 30 microns suspending in
10、 drilling fluid ,thus being one of the necessary key devices to stabilize and adjust the technical for drilling fluid.ZCNQ12010 mud remover is designed to configure double-row straight or oblique integrated swirler assembly and vibration screen of fine meshes, and to compete the recovery of barite i
11、n heavy-weight drilling fluid and general application of ordinary drilling fluid by adjusting the bottom flow of swirler and the angle of screen support .For it, a five inch casting polyurethane swirler is used, with wide application ,strong abrasion resistance and no stoppage ,and the rear angle of
12、 screen support may be adjusted to avoiding the leakage of mud ,and 140/40-mesh sewing screen cloth with high strength and long service life is used .The equipment is featured by impacted and proper overall structure ,easy installation and adjustment ,stable and reliable performance and simple maint

Principle of workZCNQ-120 10 mud remover is composed of filling pipes ,flooding discharge Pipes , swirler assembly, vibration screen ,base and support .(See Figure 1)When the equipment is operating, drilling fluid wit
17、h suspending solid granules flows into the swirler by the pressure from the filling pipes , via the tangential inlet in the spiral case in the upper cylinder part of the swirler . Because of the density difference between solid and liquid phases in drilling fluid, and the shape of large upper part a
18、nd small lower part of the swirler , when drilling fluid flows downwards ,the angular velocity becomes larger with the increase of the depth , and thus the radial acceleration becomes large .It flows downwards with acceleration closer to cane wall and discharges via bottom flow outlet .While the liq
19、uid phase with low density forms low-pressure swirl in the inlet of the swirler , the liquid flowing down wards changes the flow direction by the impact in the bottom and flows upwards to flooding outgate to return to the cycling system.In addition, the bottom flow impacted by the swirler falls on t
20、he vibration screen, therefore the drilling fluid through the screen and large barite return to the cycling system ,and the harmful solids in the screen are removed .(See Figure 2) IV Installation and operationZCNQ-120 10 mud remover is designed to have two lifting lugs in the top for carrying and i
21、nstalling ,and two 159 pup joints for changing direction and welding flanges ,elbows or agnail pipes .When installing it, fix it in the proper part of No.1 or 2 tanks firmly according to the field condition ,and then according the requirement , connect the discharge port of filling-sand pump and the
22、 filling inlet of mud remover firmly by a 6 rubber hose or steel pipe . Check the exterior of the equipment for damages or no sinking. After remove the locking plate forvibrating screen, and switch on the motor of vibrating screen .After appiy proper grease in the moving parts , and start filling pu
23、mp ,inspect whether the pressure , and check connection parts .Adjust the nuts for the bottom flow in the swirler ,to make the fluid discharged in all radial directions .To stop the equipment ,first switch , off the sand pump ,discharge the mud in pumps fully ,clean screen cloth , turn off the main
24、switch of vibration screen ,and ensure all parts are normal .In addition, when using the ordinary drilling fluid ,adjust the rear part of support of vibration screen to a certain height to make objects on screen cloth removed as fast as possible ;for the heavy-weight mud ,adjust the rear part of sup
25、port of vibration screen downwards to maximize the recovery of barite and to reduce the cost of mud .V MaintenanceAfter the use lf mud remover, clean screen cloth completely . 26、0I Base 2 Vibration screen whole 3 Hydrocyclone4 Feed liquor and go out liquor pipeFigure 1 ZCNQ420X10Mud remover delineation剪切泵使用说明书1、概述JQB6-5剪切泵是对钻井液中高分子聚合物和粘土起剪切作用的设备。 钻井液主要由四部分组成:水、活性固相、惰性固体和化学处理剂。根 据各组分之间的配比和相互作用,形成不同组分和不同性质的泥浆,因此, 泥浆组分是调整性能的关键因素。在配制和处理泥浆时,传统的配制方法达不到直接水化粘土和聚合物所 需要的高剪切力,因此需要 24小
27、时或更长的水化时间。 我公司研制的 JQB6-5 型剪切泵让客户快速配制和处理泥浆更得心应手。JQB6-5剪切泵具有以下功能: 剪切泵可大大提高粘土颗粒的消化程度。 粘土颗粒在水中的水化程度取决于:水中的电解质含量、时间、温度、 表面可置换阳离子的数量的浓度。在其它条件相同时,使用剪切泵可大大加 速粘土颗粒的分散,使泥浆具有良好的流变性,使用剪切泵可节约粘土30以上(粘土的使用量应以钻井液设计及工程要求为依据) 。剪切泵可使聚合物尽快稀释水化。 泥浆中使用的聚合物分子量较高,直接加入不易水化,剪切泵能够提供 很高的剪切速度,加快聚合物的稀释水化。剪切泵能够提供较高的排量和扬程以满足配浆要求。2
28、、型号说明JQB6-55泵的出口直径( in)6泵的出口直径( in)JQB剪切泵3、性能参数表1型号流量(m3/h)扬程(m)转速 r/min效率 ()功率 kw轴功率配套功率JQB6-51204522002745554、结构及工作原理剪切泵由叶轮、涡壳、支架、传动轴、轴承、盘根盒、皮带轮、组合皮 带、护罩、电机和底座组成。剪切泵的叶轮不同于一般水泵叶轮,结构比较复杂,它是剪切泵的核心 部件,具有很高的剪切效率。叶轮由五部分组成:轴流涡轮、储液舱、泵轮、 增压舱和剪切板。用不锈钢制成一个整体,结构十分紧凑。轴流涡轮为泵轮、 储液舱提供一定排量和能量的流体, 该流体 50通过 泵轮排出进入涡壳
29、, 50被储液舱吸收。增舱的独特设计,使储液舱中流体 具有一定的以量, 通过 44 个喷嘴垂直射向剪切板。 喷射流体与泵轮排出流体 混合后以较高的速度冲击剪切板沿的锯齿,高速旋转的剪切板对流体再次产 生剪切。因此,流体经过叶轮时经受多次剪切。叶轮主要有以下剪切作用: a 高速搅拌:剪切板外沿分布若干锯齿,相当于搅拌器的叶片,高速旋 转时对流体产生较强的搅拌作用。b 射流剪切:通过喷嘴喷射的流体具有较高流速,泵轮排出流体也具有 较高流速,两股流体相互作用产生较强射流剪切。c 射流冲击:通过喷嘴喷射的流体以较高的速度冲击剪切板,产生射流 冲击。5、安装使用与维护保养5.1 安装剪切泵系统由剪切泵、
30、混合漏斗、旋转喷枪、管线和水合罐组成。为方 便运输安装,水合罐使用井场泥浆罐的一个隔舱。5.1.1 泵的安装 泵的安装位置应尽可能靠近泥浆罐或水合罐,以缩短吸入长度。泵安装 基础应水平,固定可靠,以避免振动。5.1.2 进口管路的安装a 吸入管路截面积必须大于或等于泵流道断面积。b 为了方便检修,在泵的吸入管路上应安装蝶阀。c 如临时使用软管吸入管路时, 必须保证软管不被压缩, 以免影响流量5.1.3 出口管路的安装a 为便于检修,出口管路中应安装蝶阀和伸缩套。b 所有管路必须安装支撑,决不允许由泵承受管路重量5.2 使用使用前的准备a 用手转动泵轴,必须保证运转灵活,各处不得有摩擦声。b 检
31、查转向,必须与泵体所示转向一致。c 打开进口阀门,给泵体注入液体。5.2.2 运转操作a 为减低启动负荷,启动之前应关闭排出管路阀门。b 启动平稳之后,逐步打开排出阀门,使电机在额定工况下工作。5.3 维护保养润滑:轴承采用 30 号机械油润滑,润滑油应加至油标中线,每隔 500小时更换一次。5.3.2 检查a 皮带张紧度是否合适,过紧或过松均应调整。b 检查机油温度如超过 80 度时应当检查机油量是否合适。5.3.3 更换密封件a 拆下护罩和皮带。b 拆下泵体进出口法兰连接螺丝,卸下涡壳连接螺丝,卸下涡壳。c 卸下涡轮、剪切板、盘根合、机械密封和填料环。d 清洗盘根盒, 装入机械密封静环和新
