Ask the Ss to look at the screen and they willsee some pictures of tall buildings in our school,and then tell them we will learn Unit 3 Art and architecture.Play the zjdj.wmv to let the Ss watch it. 6、watching it ,ask them some questions:What have you seen in the zjdj.wmv ?Do you like these architecture? Why?Now ask them to open their books and turn to page17.They will see two pictures, a tall building and a traditional yard. Let the Ss complete two tasks according to what they see.Task 1:Divide
7、the whole class into two groups-GroupA and Group B GroupA like a traditional yard while Group B like a tall building. They will have a competition. Students in GroupA can sit togsther, and Students in GroupB sit together. First ,they discuss together and writedown their answers according to the teac
8、hers questions on the screen. Then, Gtoup A ask Group B and Group B can ask Gtoup A freely.If their answers are right,they can get marksotherwise they cant.Questions and suggested answers1.
