1、点击职业英语课程教学大纲英文名称:Zoom In English适用专业:高职高专非英语专业全部专科生责任教学单位:旅游管理系外语教研室总 学 时:216学 分:12 考核形式:考试、考查 课程类别:公共基础课修读方式:必修教学目的:点击职业英语教学共分三个学期,216个学时,注重学生自主学习能力,培养学生具有较强的听说能力和一定的阅读、写作、翻译能力,使他们在涉外交际的日常活动和业务活动中进行简单的口头和书面交流,即能用英语交流信息,能借助词典阅读和翻译有关英语业务资料;并帮助学生打下扎实的语言基础,掌握良好的语言学习方法,提高文化素质,以适应社会发展和经济建设的需要。 主要教学内容及要求:
2、 依据英语教学规律和教育部高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求、高等学校英语应用能力考试大纲,现将我院非英语专业全体专科生高职高专英语教学教材定为大连理工大学出版社出版的点击职业英语1-3册,教学分为理论环节与实践环节,并严格按照“加大语言实践的力度, 以培养听说这两项基本技能为主”的原则进行教学。根据学生实际水平,在教学中提出基本要求、较高要求,具体规定如下:1. 基本要求 1)听的能力:能听懂英语授课,能听懂涉及日常交际的结构简单、发音清楚、语速较慢(每分钟120词左右)的英语简短对话和陈述,理解基本正确;能听懂一般性题材的英语讲座,能听懂语速较慢(每分钟80100词的英语广播和电视节目,能掌
3、握其中心大意,抓住要点;能运用基本的听力技巧。2)说的能力:掌握一般的课堂用语,并能在日常涉外活动中进行简单的交流;能在学习过程中用英语交流,并能就某一主题进行讨论,能就日常话题用英语进行交谈,能经准备后就所熟悉的话题作简短发言,表达比较清楚,语音、语调基本正确;能在交谈中使用基本的会话策略。3)词汇: 领会式掌握2800单词(其中复用式掌握的单词为1800),以及由这些词构成的常用词组(中学所掌握的单词和词组包括在内),并具有按照构词法识别生词的能力。4)阅读能力:能阅读中等难度的一般题材的简短英文资料,理解正确。在阅读生词不超过总词数3%的英文资料时,阅读速度不低于每分钟50词;能读懂通用
4、的简短实用文字材料,如信函、技术说明书等,理解正确;能借助词典阅读本专业的英语教材和题材熟悉的英文报刊文章,掌握中心大意,理解主要事实和有关细节;能在阅读中使用有效的阅读方法。5)写的能力:能运用所学词汇和语法写出简单的短文;能用英语填写表格,套写便函、简历等,词句基本正确,无重大语法错误,格式恰当,表达清楚。6)译的能力:能借助词典将中等偏下难度的一般题材的文字材料译成汉语;译文基本准确,无重大的理解和语言表达错误。2较高要求1)听的能力:能听懂日常和涉外业务活动中使用的结构简单、发音清楚、语速较慢(每分钟120词左右)的英语简短对话和陈述,理解基本正确。2)说的能力:能用英语进行一般的课堂
5、交际,并能在日常和涉外业务活动中进行简单的交流,表达思想比较清楚,语言、语调基本正确。3)词汇:领会式掌握3400单词(其中复用式掌握的单词为2000),以及由这些词构成的常用词组(中学所掌握的单词和词组包括在内),并具有按照基本构词法识别生词的能力。学生还应结合专业英语学习,认知300个专业英语词汇。4)语法:巩固和加深基本语法知识,提高在语篇水平上运用语法知识的能力。5)阅读能力:能顺利阅读语言难度中等的一般性题材的文章,掌握中心大意以及说明中心大意的事实和细节,并能进行一定的分析、推理和判断,领会作者的观点和态度,在阅读生词不超过总词数3%的英文资料时,阅读速度不低于每分钟70词。能读懂
6、通用的简短实用文字材料,如信函、技术说明书、合同等,理解正确。6)写的能力:能就一般性题材,在30分钟内写出6080词的命题作文;能填写和模拟套写简短的英语应用文,如填写表格与单证,套写简历、通知、信函等,词句基本正确,无重大语法错误,格式恰当,表达清楚。7)译的能力:能借助词典将中等难度的一般题材的文字材料和对外交往中的一般业务文字材料译成汉语。理解正确,译文达意,格式恰当。在翻译生词不超过总词数5%的实用文字材料时,笔译速度每小时150个英语词。3. 实践环节高职高专英语教学特别强调实践环节,开展丰富多彩的英语课外活动有利于提高学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性。因此,要积极优化校园英语学习环境,
7、通过定期组织的中澳文化交流周活动(包括系列专题讲座、友谊角)、英语广播、专家讲座、英语角、英语演讲比赛、英语短剧大赛、英文歌曲比赛、英文电影配音等形式多样的课外活动,使学生有更多的接触英语的机会。4.考核形式考核包括两部分:期末考试成绩和平时成绩。学期总评成绩= 期末考试卷面成绩40%+听力成绩20%+平时成绩(口语20%+平时表现和考勤20%)40%平时成绩包括课堂听说环节、出勤、作业、实践。实践环节随堂或分散进行。要求学生毕业时在三个学期总评成绩及格的同时,还必须参加下列水平考试之一并达到相应要求:1 高等学校英语应用能力考试(PRETCOB级;2 全国大学英语四级(CET(400分);

10、短电子邮件6 )简短广告6. 教学方法和教学手段1 利用语音室或多媒体进行音频听力教学。2 邀请外教来课堂进行英语口语互动课,尽量达到每月给学生上一学时口语课。3 因材施教,精讲多练,尤其突出听说能力的训练和培养。4 从学生的实际水平出发,对不同水平的学生尽量具有不同的教学侧重点。5 既提倡学生的自主学习,又充分发挥教师的引导作用。6 关注学生的学习动态,尽量做到每节课上每个学生都有机会练习口语,作好平时成绩记录。7. 必要说明1高职高专教育是技术、管理、服务等领域的高等应用性专门人才。英语课程不仅要打好语言基础,更重要注重培养实际使用语言的技能,特别是使用英语处理日常和涉外业务活动的能力。2
11、打好语言基础是英语教学的重要目标,但打好基础要遵循“实用为主,够用为度”的原则,强调打好语言基础和培养语言应用能力并重; 强调语言基本技能的训练和培养实际从事涉外交际活动的语言应用能力并重。3重视语言学习的规律,正确处理听、说、读、写、译之间的关系,确保各项语言能力的协调发展。目前要特别注意加强听说技能的培养。4在完成规定的教学任务后,应结合专业学习,开设专业英语课程,这既可保证学生在校期间英语学习的连续性,又可使他们所学的英语得到实际的应用。5. 正确处理测试和教学的关系。语言测试应着重考核学生实际运用语言的能力,防止应试教育。与此同时,科学的测试又能为教学改革和语言学习提供积极的反馈,是提
