3、lywayhecanleavethisislandistoplaythegamewithZaroffandhemustwinhim,orhewillbekilled.Intheend,RainsfordwinsthegameandkillsZaroff.ItseemstobeanironicstorythatRainsfordisgoingtohuntwhileheishuntedbyZaroff.Butafterreadingtheendofthisshortstory,readercaneasilyseethatalmosteverypartofitindicatestheevilofhu

7、us,butreaderscanguessvaguelywhatitis.Inordertoensuretheiranswerisright,theywillkeepreading.ItalsocreatestheconflictsbetweenZaroffandRainsford,pushingthestoryline.Inaddition,theansweralsoshowsthecrueltyofZaroff.Readerscanunderstandmorecompletelytheevilofthesepeoplefromthispart.Thethirdsuspenseisthatt
