1、混合离子交换器Mixed of ion exchange使用说明书Operating Instruction一、工艺原理Technical principle本公司生产的混合离子交换器简称混床,在脱盐水工程中,用于二级脱盐水的制备,被处理的水由上向下流经按一定的比例配比装填并混合形成的强酸、碱树脂层来制取成品水。均匀混合的树脂层中,阳树脂与阴树脂紧密地交错排列,每一对阳树脂与阴树脂颗粒似于一组复床,混床就象无数组串联运行的复床。通过混合离子交换后进入水中的氢离子与氢氧离子会立即生成电离度很低的水分子H2O,很少可能形成阳离子或阴离子交换时的反离子,使交换反响进行的十分彻底,因而能制取纯度相当高
