2、理、方法和手段和设计行业营运知识,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析设计中的复杂问题,以获得有效结论。3.设计/开发解决方案:能够制定针对设计的复杂问题的解决方案,设计满足特定人群和用户需求的产品、系统、服务,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。4.研究:能够基于科学和人文综合研究方法对设计问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据,并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。5.使用现代工具:能够针对复杂设计问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源和信息技术工具,包括对设计问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。6.工程与社会:能够基于社会文化相关背景知识进行合理分
3、析,评价复杂设计问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。8.职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在设计实践中理解并遵守职业道德和规范,履行责任。课程培养学生的能力(教学目标)完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)掌握用户体验设计的概念、用户体验设计的法则、设计理念、设计方法、设计流程和工具等,能够学习和掌握在产品设计过程中如何提高用户的体验度,从而提高产品的可用性。1、2、6(2)掌握用户体验度量的概念、了解用户体验度量的新技术,能够进行用户体验研究规划:研究目标、用户目标、选择正确的度量、评估方法等;掌握用户体验的绩效度量方法、基于问题的度量方法、
4、自我报告度量方法、行为和生理度量方法,以及合并与比较度量方法。1、3、4、5(3)能够独立进行用户体验设计,并对设计产品进行用户测试和迭代设计。1、2、5、8、9课程简介用户体验设计,是以用户为中心的一种设计手段,以用户需求为目标而进行的设计。本课程主要讲解用户体验设计的概念、设计法则,设计理念,并进行用户体验的设计方法、设计流程和用户体验的测试工具等设计思维和技能的培训,使学习者能够掌握用户体验的概念和理论,应用用户体验设计的方法,在交互产品设计的过程中为用户提供更好的体验。教学内容与学时分配(一)绪论:以用户为中心的设计概论2学时(1)用户体验为中心的设计(2)产品的可用性(3)产品失败的
5、原因(4)以用户体验为中心的设计原则重点:用户体验为中心的设计概念和方法、产品可用性。难点:产品设计失败的原因分析以及以用户体验为中心的产品设计原则。(二)用户调查法 8学时(1)小组访谈法(2)师徒式访谈法(3)访谈实践方法和流程(4)情境剧本创作以及分析重点:用户访谈方法和实践。难点:分析小组访谈法和师徒式访谈法的优缺点,以及应用情境剧本探索和挖掘用户的真正需求。(三)原型开发 6学时(1)什么是原型(2)原型的制作方法(3)卡片分类法重点:低保真原型的制作方法、高保真原型的制作方法,以及卡片分类法。难点:低保真原型和高保真原型的制作重点和原型有效性分析。(四)产品可用性评价方法 8学时(
6、1)什么是评价(2)产品可用性检验(3)用户测试概念(4)常用的用户测试方法(5)用户测试的基础理论(6)用户测试的实践基础(7)DIY用户测试方法重点:用户测试的概念、常用测试方法,以及用户测试的理论、实践基础和自主测试方法。难点:用户测试的基础理论以及实践方法,自主测试方法的确定。(五)用户体验设计实践 8学时(1)用户测试招募(2)设计DIY测试(3)简易实验室搭建(4)用户访谈(5)用户行为观察(6)测试结果分析(7)产品原型的迭代再设计重点:用户测试的方法流程、设计DIY测试、测试结果分析和迭代设计。难点:测试结果分析和原型的迭代再设计。实验教学(包括上机学时、实验学时、实践学时)实
