1、PEP B 8 U 1 Lets read教材分析:本课时的内容选自PEP教材Unit 1第六课时,本单元主要围绕How Tall Are You?这个话题进行学习的。本课时主要是Lets read的阅读教学,要通过复习和巩固前面所学内容,并通过教师运用语言反馈阅读信息检查交流的方法和能力。通过Lets read对鲸的长,体重,牙齿和长度,尾巴的长度,喜好的食物以及技能等的比较,加强对A Lets learn与B Lets learn的复习和巩固,同时在掌握旧知识的基础止获取新的语言知识,然后运用语言。学生分析:六年级学生从三年级开始接触PEP教材,他们已学习了一定的语言基础知识和掌握了一定的

2、语言表达技能,能在特定的语言情景中进行交流。教学目标:能够听,说,认读Lets read部分的内容,特别是能听、说、认读单词:squid,lobster,shark,seal,whale和单位词:ton,meter;能正确朗读“Lets read”并获得两种鲸鱼的信息。 能正确完成填充句子的练习。通过阅读能获得动物的信息,并能就获得的信息进行比较。培养学生对动物的喜爱之情。重点:让学生能理解、会读语篇内容并了解两种鲸鱼的信息。难点:根据语篇能用自己的语言准确地比较两种鲸鱼的差异。教学设计:一、Warm-upFree talk:T:Lets say something about you and
