2、加甲方安排的户外活动及户外代课行为。2. 若乙方一周没有完成其上课时间，则会在其后的工作日内补上相应的上课小时数，包括取消课程，学员未到课程，学员一周前取消的课程。课程为少儿课程和成人课程。四、工资及福利每月工资总额为： 元，其中包括如下项目：1. 乙方每月基本工资为 元。2. 甲方每月10号支付乙方上月工资。3. 甲方每月支付乙方 元交通补助，以帮助乙方按时完成上课。4. 甲方每月支付乙方 元电话补助。若乙方使用公司电话来打私人电话，则扣除电话补助。5. 甲方每月支付乙方 元作为医疗补助。6. 乙方每月可得到 元全勤奖励，其中包括：不迟到、不早退、不请假。若乙方出现迟到、早退、提前下课行为，

4、告宣传。6.乙方不得传播宗教或和政治有关的演讲，以及宣传非法宗教信仰等活动。乙方不得在课堂上以任何行为宣扬非法宗教信仰及和政治有关的内容。7.乙方不得使用任何形式的体罚对学生进行惩罚或对学生和同事进行言语上的侮辱和歧视。8.乙方不得在本中心以外的学校担任任何形式的兼职外教、家教，若发生此种行为，甲方则有权扣除乙方自此行为开始时的工资。9.乙方不得将此合同及私人电话号码以QQ、MSN或邮件等形式告知给学生，若给学校带来任何损失，则乙方承担全部责任。10.乙方须帮助中方老师及其他中方员工提高英语水平。11.乙方不得穿着奇装异服、拖鞋等进入课堂。12.乙方应该对此合同的内容保密，不得将合同内容告之第

5、三方。六、甲方职责1.甲方将乙方介绍给学校所有员工。2.甲方须协助乙方教学活动，帮助其处理学员投诉。3.甲方提供乙方相应工作条件。4.甲方提供合作者。5.甲方每月按时支付乙方工资七、合同终止1. 如遇以下情形，合同自动终止A 乙方违背甲方职责范围。B 乙方破坏劳动纪律。C 甲方将会将乙方在校表现评估考虑在内，如果乙方持续两个月内排名表现评估最后一位，甲方将依据评估结果解除此合同。2. 试用期之后，甲方如对乙方表现不满意，应给予乙方提前两个月的通知，否则甲方应给予乙方 元的未提前告知终止合同罚金。如果乙方需要解除合同，乙方需提前两个月给予甲方书面通知并从甲方处得到许可，甲方也可通过同样程序进行合

Party B must not use any forms of physical punishment or insult to the students or colleagues under any circumstances.8. Party B should not do part time
