1、翻译步骤及技巧：一.扫一遍句子，理解大致意思。二.仔细看句子，找出句子中的关键词和短语。E.g. 根据警方的说法，犯罪嫌疑人谋杀了被害人。（according to）根据according to 犯罪嫌疑人the suspect 被害人 the victim三.分析句子结构，找出主干，理清先后顺序。简单句辨别主谓宾，分清定语，同位语，状语。E.g.他很有可能通过自己的努力拿到驾驶执照。（likely）句子主干他（主语）拿到（谓语）驾驶执照（宾语）。He gets the driving license.He is likely to get the driving license with h
