CtBP1论文：转录辅助抑制因子C-末端结合蛋白在食管癌中的表达【中文摘要】检测CtBP1和p16在食管癌组织中的表达,探讨其在食管癌发生、发展中的作用及相关性。方法：采用免疫组化的方法检测CtBP1和p16在57例食管癌患者癌组织中的表达,分析其临床意义。其中57例中鳞癌46例,腺癌11例。期11例,期23例,期23例,期0例(根据国际抗癌联盟(UICC)的标准进行TNM分期)。其中淋巴结阳性转移41例,无淋巴结阳性转移16例。另取30例距肿瘤组织4-5cm的癌旁组织作为对照。结果：57例食管癌病例标本中,CtBP1和p16蛋白表达阳性率分别是90%(51/57)和52%(30/57)。

2、CtBPl蛋白在鳞癌和腺癌中的阳性率分别为85.9%、90.9%,两者无统计学差异(p=0.682),表明CtBP1的表达与病理类型无相关性。期、期、期的阳性率分别为90.9%、82.6%、82.6%,三者无统计学差异(p=0.334),有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移的组织中的阳性率分别为88.3%、87.5%,两者无统计学差异(p=0.675),30例癌旁组织中的阳性率为96.7%,与癌组织相比差异无统计学意义(p=0.667),表明CtBP1的表达与食管癌的分期无相关性。p16蛋白在鳞癌和腺癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为49%和44%,两者无统计学差异(p=0.687),p16蛋白在期、期、期组织

3、中的表达阳性率分别为65.6%、35.5%、22.3%,三者有统计学差异(p=0.008),p16蛋白在淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移的组织中的表达阳性率分别为32.1%、59%,两者有统计学差异(p=0.023),在对照的癌旁组织中的阳性率为80%,与癌组织相比差异有统计学意义(p=0.003),表明肿瘤分期越早,p16表达的阳性率越高。CtBP1蛋白的表达与p16蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.381,p=0.001)。结论：CtBP1表达可能与食管癌的发生及发展相关,p16的表达缺失与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关,可能成为食管癌诊治的新靶标。【英文摘要】:This study was design

4、ed to detect the expression of CtBP1 in esophageal cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CtBP1 in 57 esophageal cancer tissues. Of 57 cases of esophageal cancer,there were 46 cases of squamous carcinomacases of adenocarcinoma,cases ofstage,23cases ofstage,2

5、3 cases ofstage,41 cases of lymph node metastasis and 16 cases of no lymph node metastasis. And there were 30 cases of corresponding non-tumor normal tissues for comparison.Results:Of 57 cases of esophageal cancer,90%(51/57) cases showed positive for CtBP1.The positive expressions for CtBP1 protein

6、of the cases of squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 85.9% and 90.9%, without statistical significance (p=0.682). The positive expressions for CtBP1 protein of the cases ofstage,stage andstage were 90.9%、82.6% and 82.6%, without statistical significance (p=0.334). The positive expressions for

The expression of CtBP1 and p16 had negative correlation(P<0.05, r=-0.381).Conclusions:The expression of p16 protein was associated with the carcinogenesis and development of esophageal cancer. CtBP1 can ser
