7、scentigrade.底价为235美元/公吨，钮矿含量43%采用CFR,中国，青岛港；干矿是在105摄氏度下烘干的。7. BASEPRICEADJUSTMENTFORBONUS&PENALTY建立在奖罚基础上的底价调整7.1 MANGANESECONTENT(Mn)锰含量InrespecttotheshipmentofManganeseOre,whichdoesnotmeettherequiredminimumTotalMnContentspecifications,thebaseprice(L/C)shallthenbeadjustedinaccordancewiththetota

8、lmanganese(Mn)content,determinedpursuanttotheprovisionsasfollows:锰矿石装货时没有达到最低规格要求，底价将按照锰总含量进行适当调整，调整办法如下：Foreach1%unitofmanganese(Mn)above43%,thebasepriceshallbeincreasedbyUSDollars5DMT(Fiveunitedstatesdollar)asBONUS.ThisMnbonusshallbecalculatedonproratabasisandpaidbyBuyertotheSellerbybonuspaymental

PAYMENTTERMS.支付条款8.1 ThePaymentwillbemadeforeachofshipmentbytheBuyertotheSelleronlybyfullyfundedandIrrevocable,NonTransferable

12、LetterofCreditatSight,forfull100%ofsaidshipmentvalue.ThisLetterofCreditshallbeopenedbytheBuyertothedesignatedbankaccountofSellerasperSellersBankdestatailtsedinthiscontract.买方支付给卖方每次装运的款项都应足额并且采用不可撤销、不可转让即付信用证。信用证应由买方在卖方指定的银行开具。8.2 AnIrrevocableNonTransferable,LetterofCreditatSightwillbeopenedbyBuyer

ForceMajeure不可抗力IntheeventthateitherSELLERorBUYERisaffectedbyaneventofForceMajeure,theaffectedPartyshallforthwith(within24hours)givewrittennotice(whereverpossible)orverbalnoticethroughphonetotheotherPartystatingthecausesand/orcircumstancesoftheForceMajeureevent,clearlyspecifyingthenatureoftheev

24、ent,togetherwithanestimate,ingoodfaith,ofthedegreetowhichandtheperiodforwhichitsperformancewillbeaffectedthereby.TheaffectedPartyshall,uponrequestbytheotherParty,provideevidenceastotheoccurrenceofsuchevent(s)andtheperiodofdurationthereof.任何一方受到不可抗力的影响，须立即(24小时内)书面通知(尽可能)或通过电话口头通知另一方，说明不可抗力的原因和/或情形，并
