40、。层顶埋深29.932.5m。3、场地水文地质条件根据勘察揭示的岩土层结构特征分析，地下水为上层滞水，雨季有水，旱季无水，主要由层填土中的孔隙水构成含水层组，含少量地 下水。层粉质粘土和层粘性土为良好隔水层，层残坡积土及层 基岩中所含地下水对工程基本无影响。三、管桩设计概况根据工程地质勘察报告及设计图纸，1#、 3#楼采用 PHC-AB 500125-18 C80 预应力混凝土管桩，地基基础设计等级为丙级，桩基的安全等级为二级。管桩呈三角形或正方形布置，桩长为18m ， 1#楼279 根，3#楼302 根，共 581 根 /10458m ，设计桩长为假定桩长，采用静压法沉桩。根据规范及图纸要求
