23、on管桩,其余3 栋均为独立柱基础。2、工程地质地质情况由上到下依次分述如下:( 1 )人工填土 -1 杂填土:杂色,松散,为近期工程弃土堆填,填龄小于2年,层厚:0.50.7m ; -2 素填土: 灰黄色, 可塑, 夹植物根系及少量小碎石,填龄小于5年,层厚:0.68.5m,层顶埋深:0.00.7m。( 2)全新世沉积土粉质粘土:灰黄色、褐色,可塑,局部软塑,土质不均。中等压缩性。局部分布,层厚:0.57.5m,层顶埋深:0.68.5m。( 3)晚更新世沉积土-1粘土粉质粘土:黄褐色灰黄色,硬塑,局部可塑,含铁锰氧结核及灰白色粘土。中偏低压缩性,土质不均,具轻微膨胀性。层厚:4.313.8m

40、。层顶埋深29.932.5m。3、场地水文地质条件根据勘察揭示的岩土层结构特征分析,地下水为上层滞水,雨季有水,旱季无水,主要由层填土中的孔隙水构成含水层组,含少量地 下水。层粉质粘土和层粘性土为良好隔水层,层残坡积土及层 基岩中所含地下水对工程基本无影响。三、管桩设计概况根据工程地质勘察报告及设计图纸,1#、 3#楼采用 PHC-AB 500125-18 C80 预应力混凝土管桩,地基基础设计等级为丙级,桩基的安全等级为二级。管桩呈三角形或正方形布置,桩长为18m , 1#楼279 根,3#楼302 根,共 581 根 /10458m ,设计桩长为假定桩长,采用静压法沉桩。根据规范及图纸要求

41、,在正式全面施工前,应进行现场试桩工作,试桩选择场地有代表性的位置进行试桩,试桩数目取小区总静压桩数目的1%,并不小于3根。单桩竖向极限承载力标准值为 3400KN ,单桩竖向承载力特征值1700KN ,单桩竖向承载力设计值 3701KN 。管桩接头不宜超过2 个,不应超过3 个。四、试桩概况1 、试桩目的核实设计水文地质资料;确定有关各项施工工艺及参数;确定施工设备性能、工艺和施打顺序;确定停止沉桩的控制标准。lay levels ca dres in enterpri sedevel opmentinthe of back bonebackbone role;t ofull strengt

49、e-g l -c2、试桩数量1#楼和3#楼各3根,共6根。3、试桩地点选择根据设计及现场实际情况,选取在1#楼1-38#、1-111#、1-165#和3#楼3-41#、3-159#、3-264#预应力管桩处分别进行试桩。五、施工部署(一)、现场施工条件准备1、施工现场“四通一平”“四通一平:即:场内道路、施工用水、施工用电、现场通信、施工场地压实、平整。(1)、施工用电本工程施工用电主要为静压桩机,根据工程的施工情况和工期要求,现场需配备用电容量为 350KW以上。(2)、施工道路满足管桩材料进场,保证桩机正常施工要求。(3)、施工用水由于工程采用管桩,现场施工无须用水,因此本工程的用水基本
