24、原材料及制作材料。(3)、水电已接入施工现场。五、土钉墙工艺简介土钉墙支护随基坑逐层开挖，逐层继续支护，直至坑底。施工时 在基坑开挖坡面，机械成孔。孔内安置锚杆，并注入M15水泥砂浆， 在坡面安装钢筋网，喷射强度等级不低于C25的混凝土，使土体、土 钉锚杆及喷射混凝土面层结合，为深基坑土钉支护。其技术原理是利 用岩土介质的自身能力，借助土钉与周围土体的摩擦力和粘聚力， 将 不稳定的土体和深部稳定土体连在一体形成稳固的组合体。土钉端与钢筋网相互连接，之后喷射混凝土，土钉与土体形成复合体，提高了 边坡的稳定和承受坡顶的超载能力。增强土体破坏延性改变边坡突然 塌方性质，有利于安全施工。该技术具有施工

43、、铺设钢筋网片：网片钢筋应顺直，按150*150的间距绑扎牢固。 在每步工作面上的钢筋应预留与下步工作面钢筋网片的搭接长度，钢筋网片与土钉连接牢固。在每道土钉的钢筋网片上，设置一根18 的加强钢筋，与锚杆钢筋焊接，分散土钉的应力。7、安放泄水口：按2m的间距放置直径50mmUPVC泄水口，泄水口超出土钉墙的长度为100mm。8、喷射混凝土：混凝土强度等级为C25,第一次喷3050mn铺设钢筋网片，第二次喷至100mnff,喷射硅粗骨料最大粒径不大于 15mm为使回弹率减小到最低限度，喷头与受喷面应保持垂直，喷头 与作业面间距宜为0.61m， 喷射顺序自上而下，喷射时控制用水量，使喷射面层无干斑
