13、规范1、 建筑边坡工程技术规范GB50330 20022、 建筑地基基础设计规范GB50007 20023、 混凝土机构设计规范GB50010 20024、 锚杆喷射混凝土支护技术规范GB50086 20015、 建筑抗震设计规范GB50011 20086、 建筑基坑支护技术规程JGJ120 99四、工程慨况1、工程简介:(为了确保基坑边坡的安全,结合本工程地质勘查的地质情况,遵循安全可靠,技术可行,经济合理的原则,以采用土钉墙支护技术对基坑边坡进行加固处理。本工程土钉墙采用振入式土钉,由轻型潜孔钻机直接钻入。土钉墙由土钉锚杆、钢筋网、压力注浆及喷射C25混凝土面层组成。土钉 采用HRB400

24、原材料及制作材料。(3)、水电已接入施工现场。五、土钉墙工艺简介土钉墙支护随基坑逐层开挖,逐层继续支护,直至坑底。施工时 在基坑开挖坡面,机械成孔。孔内安置锚杆,并注入M15水泥砂浆, 在坡面安装钢筋网,喷射强度等级不低于C25的混凝土,使土体、土 钉锚杆及喷射混凝土面层结合,为深基坑土钉支护。其技术原理是利 用岩土介质的自身能力,借助土钉与周围土体的摩擦力和粘聚力, 将 不稳定的土体和深部稳定土体连在一体形成稳固的组合体。土钉端与钢筋网相互连接,之后喷射混凝土,土钉与土体形成复合体,提高了 边坡的稳定和承受坡顶的超载能力。增强土体破坏延性改变边坡突然 塌方性质,有利于安全施工。该技术具有施工

30、51七、施工部署1、施工准备(1)、技术准备a、根据要求编制专项施工方案。b、组织有关施工人员熟悉图纸及规范,进行会审讨论,解决施工 中存在的问题,做好充分的技术准备工作。C做好劳动力、原材料及施工机械设备的进场计划。(2)资源准备a、组织专业施工班组。b、按原材料、机具需用量计划,提前联系并做好准备。八、施工工艺流程及方法1、工艺流程:整理边坡测量机孔的定位钻孔并制安锚杆压力注浆初喷混凝土绑扎钢筋网片设置锚垫板第二次喷混凝土。2、主要技术参数(1)、土钉钻孔:边坡的坡度约85° ,钻孔深度8m,孔径100mm 锚钉倾角为15°。(2)、钻孔间距:水平间距为1.5m,竖向间
31、距为1.5m。(3)、土钉钢筋:HRB40(a钢筋,直径20mm(4)、土钉布置形式:梅花型。(5)、网片钢筋:HPB23软,直径8mm(6)、喷射混凝土强度等级:C25。(7)、喷射混凝土厚度:第一次喷3050mm第二次喷5070mm 共 100mm?。3、施工方法:(1)、削坡:施工削坡时应自上而下分阶段进行,每次削坡开挖 深度1.5m左右。机械挖土时应预留10cm厚,以便人工修整。(2)、土钉定位成孔:按8m孔深采用干成孔法,成孔后用压缩空 气将孔内残渣及扰动的废土吹干净。 锚孔水平、垂直方向孔距误差不 应大于100mm锚孔偏斜度不大于5%锚孔应一次性成型。4、锚杆制作及安装:锚杆材料应

43、、铺设钢筋网片:网片钢筋应顺直,按150*150的间距绑扎牢固。 在每步工作面上的钢筋应预留与下步工作面钢筋网片的搭接长度,钢筋网片与土钉连接牢固。在每道土钉的钢筋网片上,设置一根18 的加强钢筋,与锚杆钢筋焊接,分散土钉的应力。7、安放泄水口:按2m的间距放置直径50mmUPVC泄水口,泄水口超出土钉墙的长度为100mm。8、喷射混凝土:混凝土强度等级为C25,第一次喷3050mn铺设钢筋网片,第二次喷至100mnff,喷射硅粗骨料最大粒径不大于 15mm为使回弹率减小到最低限度,喷头与受喷面应保持垂直,喷头 与作业面间距宜为0.61m, 喷射顺序自上而下,喷射时控制用水量,使喷射面层无干斑
44、或移流现象。喷射终凝2h 后应洒水养护,养护时间宜为 37天。九、安全技术措施1 、对每个工作人员进行安全教育,熟悉操作规程,班前班后搞好自检,发现问题及时解决。2 、特殊工种必须经过培训,持证上岗。3 、操作机械设备时,要专人操作,不得随意更换。4 、 各种进行设备保证处于完好状态,应有的安全防护装置不可漏缺。十、工地防雨及排水措施1 、现场应备有塑料薄膜、篷布等防雨材料。2 、雨天停止一切露天电焊作业。3 、 雨天作业必须有专人看护边坡,存在险情的地方未采取可靠安全措施之前,禁止作业。4 、注意电器设备。机械设备的防雨措施,防止漏电事故的发生。5 、在施工现场顶部和底部设排水沟等排水措施。
