1、中考专题复习一一名词名词1、英语名词可分专有名词和普通名词两大类1）、专有名词是个别的人、地、物、团体、机构等的专用名称。专有名词中实词的第一个字母要大写。如：Beijing,Tom,thePeople'sRepublicof的购（专有名词如果是含有普通名词的短语，则必须使用定冠词the。如：theGreatWall（长城）姓氏名如果采用复数形式，则表示该姓氏一家人（复数含义），如：theGreens（格林一家人）。2）、普通名词是许多人或事物的共有名称。如：pupil,family,man,foot.普通名词又分为可数名词和不可数名词。可数名词是可以用简单的数词进行计数的名词，如：b

2、ox,child,orange;不可数名词是不可以用简单的数词进行计数的名词，如物资名词、抽象名词。如：water,oil,milk,wood,drink,news,population,information.注意：可数名词和不可数名词的区别：2、英语可数名词的单复数英语可数名词有单数和复数两种形式。1）、名词由单数变复数的基本方法如下:当名词为：词尾变化例词一般情况加schips,jeeps,pats,clocksboys,sharpeners,sofas,drawers以s,x,ch,sh结尾的单词加eswatches,boxes,classes,brushes以字母o结尾的单词有生命的

3、力口es,无生命的加szoos,photos,bamboos,tomatoes,potatoes,heroes以辅首字母+y结尾的单词变y为i加esdictionaries,strawberries以f或fe结尾的单词变f或fe为v力口esleaves,wives,halves2）、不规贝U变化：man-men,womanswomen,sheepfsheep,toothfteeth,fishffish,childfchildren,oxoxen,goosefgeese单复数同形，如.Chinese-Chinese,deer-deer,fish-fish,sheep-sheep,由man和wom

4、an构成的合成词,每个名词都要变复数如.amandoctormendoctors,awomanteacher-womenteachers注意:有些名词表示一种物体具有不可分割的相同的两部分,在使用时只有复数形式，如.trousers,clothes,glasses,shorts,scissors;有些名词从形式上看是复数,实际上是单数（其后的谓语动词要用单数）.如.maths,phyiscs,politics,news.不可数名词一般没有复数形式，说明其数量时，要用有关计量名词。如：abagofriceftwobagsofrice,apieceofpaperfthreepiecesofpape

5、r,abottleofmilkffivebottlesofmilk.同一个词,变成复数形式,意义不同。如.food食物-foods各种食物，time时间-times时代，green绿色-greens青菜water水-waters水域等。3、名词所有格1 、名词所有格表示所属关系,相当于物主代词,在句中作定语、宾语或主语。其构成法有两种表示形式，一种是在名词后+'s另一种是用of,表示“的”：（1） 一般表示人或其它有生命的东西的名词常在词尾加如：Mr.Mott'eobot,children'sclothes.（2）以s结尾的复数名词的所有格只在词尾+',如.Te

6、achers'books（3）两人共有的物体，则在第二个名词后+'s口果分别是两人所有，则在每个名词后面+'°s如：LucyandLily'sroom.A共住一个房间）MrsGreen'andMrsBrown'sson.两人各自的儿子）。（4）表示某具体场所，某人的家或者某个店铺时,所有格后面的名词可省略。如：Mr.White'，区帏的家），myaunts（我阿姨家），thewatchmaker钟表店）。2、 （1）没有生命的事物一般用of短语来表示所属关系。如.thewalloftheclassroom（教室的墙），apict

7、ureofthebedroom（卧室的照片）。（2） 名词的的定语较长时,有生命的事物也可用of短语表示。如.alongstoryofa50-year-oldman（一个五十岁男人的长故事）3、双重所有格“。w词所有格/名词性物主代词”，在表示所属物的名词前有冠词、数词、不定代词或指示代词（如：a,two,some,afew,this,that,these,those等）时，如.afriendofhis（他的一个朋友）,thebignoseofTom的支Tom）afriendofmine（我的一个朋友）。4、有些表示时间、距离、国家、城市等无生命的东西的名词，也可以加s来构成所有格。如.ten

8、minutes'wallk（H中的路程）,today'snewspape床的报纸）。读音：在清辅音后读/s/,在浊辅音或元音后读/z/,在s音后读iz。4、名词或代词作主语时和谓语之间的单复数的一致问题1 、谓语和谓语基本保持单复数的一致,即：主语是可数名词单数或不可数名词时,谓语动词用单数形式：如：Thecomputerwasagreatinvention.（计算机是个了不起的发明）Thewaterintheglassisverycold.（玻璃杯里的水很冷）2 、集体名词（如family,class,team,group,row,police,school等）做句子主语时：

11、名词若构成一个整体事物时,谓语则用单数。如：Theteacherandhissonarepickingapplesnow.（老师和他的儿子在摘苹果）/Fishandchipsisveryfamousfood.（鱼和薯条是一种出名的食品）8、 therebe句型中be的单复数一般由靠近的名词决定。如：Thereisatableandfourchairsintheroom.（房间里有一张桌子和四张椅子）。9、用bothand连接两个事物做主语时，谓语一般用复数。如：BothyouandIarerequiredtobeheretomorrow.（你和我明天要求都来）。10、主语中含有with的短语时
