50、线之间的最小安全操作距离应不小于6m%第 4.1.4 规定：起重机严禁穿越无防护设施的外电架空线路作业。在外电架空线路附近吊装时，起重机的任何部位或被吊物边缘在最大偏斜时与10KV架空线路边线的最小安全距离应符合沿垂直方向为3m,沿水平方向为2m%由于施工现场塔吊的塔臂回转半径覆盖高压线，且 达不到施工现场临时用电安全技术规范(JGJ46-2005)第4.1.2条和第 4.1.4 条规定的最小距离。为确保正常供电和施工人员的人身 安全，必须采取切实可行的防护措施，编制专项防护方案。2.1.2 方案的可行性研究及建议我们考虑搭设底层12 米钢管脚手架，上边绑扎楠竹立杆，楠竹立杆上在高压线防护范围
