1、附件1:卷弧翼静强度模拟实验报告模板*卷弧翼静强度模拟实验实验报告姓 名: 万象_学 号:_1120110136_指导教师:一周思达实验日期:2014.04.231实验目的结合结构力学课堂教学需要,利用虚拟样机技术对卷弧翼静强度进行模拟实验, 使学生对结构力学基本原理、假设、实验方法及影响因素等产生直观深入的认识。2实验要求1)掌握卷弧翼静强度实验方式及其特点;2)掌握加载方式对卷弧翼静强度的影响;3)掌握载荷大小对卷弧翼静强度的影响;4)了解材料本构模型对卷弧翼静强度的影响;5)了解虚拟样机概念。3实验内容利用虚拟样机技术,模拟卷弧翼静强度实验的过程。通过改变不同的加载方式、载 荷大小以及材
2、料本构模型(物理方程),观察和分析卷弧翼在静载作用下关键部位的应 力和位移,以及应力和位移与加载方式、载荷大小和材料本构模型的关系。(一)加载方式有两种:(1)工况1,作用在卷弧翼内表面的均布压强,合力最大值为1500(从0加到1500N;(2) 工况2,作用在卷弧翼内表面的形心处的集中力(方向沿作用点处曲面法向), 合力最大值为1500N (从0加到1500N ;(二)材料模型有两种:(1)线弹性模型,E=70GPa卩=0.3 ;(2)弹塑性模型,弹性段为 E=70GPa卩=0.3,塑性段如表1所示。表1材料的塑性特性应力(MPa塑性应变26003420.015814450.02983535
