Third i s tosolve零星工程及零星用工管理制度1、 目的为加强对零星工程的管理，简化零星工程管理程序，提高工作效率，结合公司实际生产情况，特制定本管理制度。2、范围本制度适应于造价在5 万元以下自行无法承担的零星土建修缮、安装工程，以及生产零星用工项目。3、管理内容3.1 零星工程3.1.1、 零星工程由公司统一整体对外发包，设备检修部各专业有零星工程需求时，由专业负责人填写零星工程需求申请单（附表1） ，本表一式两份，一份作为结算依据，一份由设备检修部设备管理员处存档。3.1.2、 零星工程申请单按流程审批合格后，专业负责人会同零星工程承包单位实地勘察工

26、价低于5000 的，可不做造价定额，且结算下浮系数不超过10%，但应提供报价清单。3.1.6、 零星工程承包单位每月15 日前向设备检修部申报零星工程结算，同时提供有关工程资料（发票、申请单、委托单、施工方案、材料进场签证单、分项工程质量验收单、竣工报告、工程竣工验收单、结算审计表），单项零星工程完工超过三个月未申报结算的，不予结算。3.1.7、 设备检修部应对零星工程承包单位所提供的资料进行核查，确认无误后，于每月 15 日至 25 日， 按照公司管理流程办理付款手续。3.2 零星用工3.2.1、 设备检修部各专业有零星用工需求时，由专业负责人填写零星用工需求申请单（附表4） ，本表一式两份
