6、lification75.5.附录Appendix71. 目的Purpose本程序适用于海阳AP1000型压水堆安全壳下封头焊缝的真空试验,为真空试验的具体操作提供理论依据,并为QC质量检查和控制提供依据。This Procedure applies to Vacuum Test of the weld seams on bottom head of AP1000 Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR), providing theoretical evidence to the vacuum test operation as well as regulating t

7、he quality inspection and control of QC.2. 范围Scope本程序只适用于海阳AP1000核电CV现场组装和安装项目。涵盖了CV安全壳下封头对接焊缝的真空试验方法及具体要求等。This procedure only applies to CV Site Assembly and Erection Project of Haiyang Nuclear Power and describes the method and detailed requirements of the vacuum test to the BH weld joints.3. 工程概

8、况Project General SurveyCV安全壳下封头在拼装车间完成拼装,之后运输到核岛现场进行安装,由于下封头安装时一部分要埋于混凝土之下,所以组装时就要完成对不能直接进行加压试验的底封头的真空试验检测,以便定位焊缝的泄露缺陷位置,及时进行返修处理。CV BH will be assembled at the workshop and then be transferred to the Nuclear Island for installation, complete the vacuum test to the BH which cannot afford direct pres

10、ity Assurance Manual for Haiyang ProjectHY-QAM All reference documents are the latest effective revision/参考文件为其发布的最新有效版本。5. 详细描述Detail Description5.1. 真空盒选择Selection of Vacuum Box真空盒选择长约750mm,宽约150mm,上部有清晰视镜的真空盒进行试验。在真空盒底部与焊缝接连处要有合适的密封衬垫,保证真空盒内形成实验所需的真空度。真空表的压力范围在0kpa-100kpa之间。示意图如下:Select a vacuum

11、box of about 750x150mm with a clear viewing glass at the top. There should be suitable cushion between the bottom of the vacuum box and the seam, which can generate the required vacuity. Pressure scope of the vacuum gauge shall be 0kpa-100kpa. Please see the sketch below:5.2. 试验条件 Test Condition5.2.

12、1. 试件表面温度 Surface Temperature of Test-piece在真空检验整个过程中,被检验焊缝的金属表面温度应不低于5 °,不高于50°。只要焊缝金属温度保持在上述范围内,对焊缝金属的加热或冷却是允许的。当前述温度条件在不可能实现的情况下,如果程序证明可行的前提下,其它温度条件也可以采纳。Metal surface temperature of tested seam shall be 5 °50°during the entire test procedure. Cooling or heating of the seams m

13、etal shall be allowed if the temperature is maintained within this scope. Other temperature condition may also be adopted provided that it be approved applicable by the procedure if the above temperature cannot be achieved. 5.2.2. 起泡溶液Bubbly Solution(1) 起泡溶液应该保证产生一层附着在被测件表面的薄膜,并且在空气风干及表面低张力的情况下气泡不会轻

14、易脱离。起泡溶液本身所含的泡泡应该保持最低,以避免在试验时要区别起泡溶液本身的气泡以及因缺陷产生的气泡。同时起泡溶液的使用条件应该与试验条件相一致。The bubbly solution should be able to generate a film covering the surface being tested and the bubble shall not divorce easily under a condition of air dry and low surface tensity. The bubbles contained by the solution itself

15、 shall be at a lowest level, so as to distinguish them from the bubbles generated by the defects while testing. At the meantime, the application condition of the bubbly solution shall be the same as the test condition. (2) 在覆盖上真空盒之前,可通过喷、刷和洒的方式将起泡溶液作用于被测表面。The bubbly solution can be sprayed, brushed

16、 or splashed onto the surface being tested before the application of the vacuum box.5.3. 试验操作Test Operation5.3.1. 真空盒放置Placement of the Vacuum Box将真空盒放置于涂满起泡溶液的试件表面,将真空盒抽成试验所需的部分真空。Put the vacuum box onto the surface being covered with solution; evacuate the box to generate a partial vacuity require

17、d by the test.5.3.2. 底封头检验部位BH Test Location为便于进行真空试验,选择底封头内表面焊缝进行真空试验。Select the weld seam on the inner surface of BH to attend the vacuum test. 5.3.3. 真空来源Vacuum Source实验所需的真空可通过任何一种方便实用的方法得到(比如空气注射机,真空泵等),真空表到时需要记录至少15Kpa的负压。The vacuity can be formed by any of the practical and convenient methods

18、 (such as air injector, suction pump), the vacuum gauge need to record at least a negative pressure of 15Kpa5.3.4. 试验压力 Test Pressure依据API620标准,试验时应保持真空盒内压力为21Kpa35Kpa的压力。 The pressure inside the box shall be kept as 21Kpa35Kpa during the test according to API620 requirements.5.3.5. 压力保持Pressure Mai

19、ntenance在试验时,真空盒要保持真空状态(负压)至少10秒钟。The vacuum condition (negative pressure) shall be maintained at least 10 sec. whilst testing.5.3.6. 真空盒重叠检查 Overlap of Vacuum Box对同一长度连续焊缝的真空试验,为保证100%试验范围及检测结果的准确,对真空盒的重叠长度应保持50mm。The overlap length shall be kept 50mm to make sure of 100% testing scope and the accu

20、racy of test result when doing a vacuum test to the continuous weld of the same length.5.3.7. 灯光和视觉观察 Lighting and Visual Observation(1) 当观察者眼睛距离被测试表面在600mm内,视线与被测表面角度在30度以内的情况下,可直接进行视觉检测。可以使用镜子来改善视觉角度或者使用放大镜来辅助检查。其中对某些特殊部位、部件、容器等的检测,合适的照明(自然的或外加的白光)是必要的。被测表面的最低光照强度可以是100lux。光照强度、所用技术、光线等级证明等需要一次性记录

21、在档案上。Direct visual inspection is doable when the testers eye is within a distance of 600mm from the surface being tested and the look angle of eye and the surface is within 30°. Mirror can be used to improve the sight angle or use loupe to assist the inspection. Suitable lighting (natural or ad

22、scititious white light) is necessary for the testing of special locations, parts and containers the lowest lighting intensity on the surface may be 100lux. The lighting intensity, technique used, light grade certificate shall be recorded in the file one-off.(2) 在某些情况下,远距离视觉观察要替代近距离视觉观察。远距离视觉检查要用到比如镜

23、子、望远镜等辅助设备。Close visual observation shall be replaced by distance visual observation in some cases. Supplementary appliances being used to the close visual observation are mirror, telescope and so on.5.3.8. 泄露指示 Leakage Indication检测区域若是有连续气泡冒出,说明被检区域表面或焊缝有孔道缺陷。There are drill-way defects on the surface being tested or at the weld seam if bubbles generated continuously from the area being tested.5.3.9. 清洁Cleaning检测完毕后要按要求将检测部位清洁使达到使用要求。Clean the tested area according to relative requirements after the testing.5.3.10. 评价Evaluation(1) 泄露缺陷Leakage De
