Additional Remarks to Bearing Sound Page 10一. 滚动轴承装置的概述我公司高压电机所选用的滚动轴承均为高品质的轴承产品.滚动轴承的机械设计寿命均经过严格的核算,满足用户的使用要求,同时核算了滚动轴承的最小负荷,保证轴承工作在最佳工作状态.轴承装置带不停机注排脂(油)结构, 可在不停机情况下加注或排出润滑脂(油).我公司常用的滚动轴承的主要类型及配置见表1: 表1

6、构设计见附图.由于电机的系列种类较多,结构图不能逐一列出,如需详细的资料,请向我们索取.1. Descriptions of Rolling Element Bearing DeviceHigh quality rolling element bearings are adopted for the high voltage motors. Bearing life and minimum load are calculated to meet the customers demand and ensure the best operation conditions of bearings.

10、定的工作状态.如果润滑、安装不合适,则轴承温度会急骤上升,出现异常高温,这时必须停止运转,采取必要的防范措施.滚动轴承的工作温度不得超过95,报警温度为90,停机温度为95. 据用户的需求, 每个轴承可设测温元件(Pt100),将其引线引入测温接线盒内,提供远传温度信号或进行温度显示.轴承测温点的位置距离轴承外圈不超过10mm.2. Working Temperature of Rolling Element BearingGenerally the bearing temperature rises gradually and shall be stabilized in 1 or 2 ho

11、urs. The bearing temperature will increase rapidly if the grease (oil) or assembly does not match the bearing. If so the motor shall be stopped immediately to take necessary actions.The working temperature for rolling element bearing is 95. Upon request Pt100s are equipped as monitoring detectors fo

12、r bearing temperature. The detectors will alarm if the bearing temperature reaches 90 and the motor will stop if the bearing temperature reaches 95. The lead wires of detectors are brought out to the auxiliary terminal box for remote control or signal indication. The bearing temperature measuring po

13、ints shall not exceed 10mm far away from the outer bearing race. 三.滚动轴承的润滑方式及润滑剂 轴承润滑的目的是要在构成轴承的滚道轮、滚动体及保持架相互接触的部分形成一层油膜,以防止各面直接接触,具有减少摩擦及磨损、延长疲劳寿命、排出摩擦热、防止异物侵入、防止生锈与腐蚀的作用.润滑的方式有两种,即脂润滑和油润滑。我公司高压电机滚动轴承的润滑方式绝大部分为脂润滑,但有少数稀油润滑,电机的润滑方式标注在电机的注油牌上,请按注油牌的内容加注润滑脂或润滑油.对于稀油润滑的滚动轴承,我们推荐使用的润滑油为:汽轮机油L-TSA46.但粘度为

14、ISOVG46的其他品种的润滑油也可使用. 首次加油前,油室应用清渍油冲冼清理干净。使用时应经常注意油标的油位显示,如果油位低于油标的中心线,应立即补充润滑油. 据用户的需求, 每个轴承装置可安装恒位油杯(自动油位器),以在较长时间内自动保持油室油位在规定油位上,确保滚动轴承的最佳润滑状态。关于润滑脂的选用,我们提供如下建议:1. 各种润滑脂主要由基础油、增稠剂、添加剂组成的,同一个种类的润滑脂,牌号不同性能相差很大,因此原则上,牌号不同的润滑脂不能混合使用,避免润滑脂的性能的降低.2. 选用润滑脂时,应考虑轴承的工作温度、工作速度、轴承的种类与大小、负荷状况、外部环境,详情请咨询润滑脂的供应

15、商.3. 本公司高压电机使用的润滑脂为:长城HTHS轴承润滑脂.3. Regreasing Method and LubricationThe purpose of lubricating is to form a film around the contacting parts of rolling runner, rolling body and the holder to prevent them from direct contact , minimize fraction and loss, prolong the service life, transfer heat as wel

16、l as protect the bearing from the ingress of substances, rust and corrosion.The rolling element bearings adopt grease or oil lubrication. The lubricating method is indicated in the regreasing plate. Please kind read the regreasing plate for lubrication.If the rolling element bearings adopt oil lubri

17、cation, steam turbo oil L-TSA46 or other equivalent oils with viscosity ISOVG46 are recommended. The oil chamber shall be cleared by clean oil before regreasing. Attention shall be paid to the oil level indication during operation. Oil shall be filled in if the oil level is lower than the central li

18、ne of the indication. Automatic oil level device can be added if required by customer.Comments on lubrication selection:a) Different greases (oils) can not be mixed.b) The working temperature, speed, bearing type and size, load and ambient shall be considered when select the grease or oil. Please co

19、nsult the grease (oil) supplier.c) Great Wall HTHS Bearing Grease for motors is preferable.四.滚动轴承的维护与保养 储存期超过半年或停机超过2个月后再次使用的电机,应先检查轴承装置的状况,如有严重污染、无油、油干、零件锈蚀等状况时,需将电机的轴承装置部分解体,彻底清洗轴承及与轴承相关的部件(注油管、轴承内盖、轴承外盖、挡油环、排油盒等),然后重新加注润滑脂(油),加注润滑脂时,滚动轴承内部应加满润滑脂,轴承内盖与轴承外盖所形成的空腔的填脂量为整个空腔的1/31/2;加注润滑油时,通过注油嘴向油室加注润滑

20、油,加至油位到油标的中心线以上至三分之二处。润滑脂(油)经过一段时间使用以后,特性会变差,润滑功能会降低,因此要适时补充润滑脂或更换润滑油。润滑脂补充的时间间隔与补充数量打在电机的注油牌上,应按照注油牌数据及时补充润滑脂,润滑油每三个月更换一次,才能保证滚动轴承的可靠运行. 注油牌上的加油周期及数量适用于轴承温度70及以下工作状态,但当轴承温度超过70时,轴承温度每上升15,润滑脂的补充间隔时间减少一半.在设备定期检修时,为了电机在下一检修周期内的可靠运行,应拆检轴承装置,必要时更换轴承.4. MaintenancesFor motors stored more than six months

21、 or not in use more than 2 months, the bearing device shall be checked before operation. The bearing device shall be disassembled and cleaned (especially grease pipe, inner bearing cap, outer bearing cap, slinger and drainage) if contamination, shortage of grease, dry grease or rust occurs. The grea

22、se or oil shall be filled in. The internal of rolling element bearing shall be full of grease (oil), and one-third to half of the bearing chamber shall be filled. When filling by grease nipple, the grease (oil) level shall be at the central line or two-third higher than the indication.The filling in

23、terval for rolling element bearing is 3 months. The interval and filling amount in the lubrication plate is based on the bearing temperature up to 70. The filling interval shall be reduced by half if the bearing temperature rises by every 15.The motor shall be inspected and maintained periodically.

24、The bearing device shall be disassembled to check. The bearing shall be replaced if necessary.五.轴承安装与拆检时应注意的事项.在轴承的拆装中应注意以下内容:1. 保持轴承及周围清洁,使灰尘不至于侵入轴承.2. 小心谨慎地使用轴承.在使用中给与轴承强烈的冲击,会产生伤痕与压痕,成为事故的原因.应使用恰当的操作工具.3. 要注意轴承的锈蚀.手上的汗会成为轴承生锈的原因.4. 如果拆下的轴承要重新使用,或安装轴承时,拆装轴承的作用力要作用在滚动轴承的内圈上,绝对不能作用在轴承的其他部位.5. 热装滚动轴承

25、时,在加热的任何点,温度均不能高于120.避免造成滚动轴承的变形和再次退火.6. 安装滚动轴承时,确保标示轴承型号的一边朝外.轴承的型号均打在轴承内圈或外圈的端面.7. 清洗滚动轴承时,应分两次清洗.粗洗时,用刷子或无绒布蘸清渍油或汽油清洗,清洗时不应转动轴承.精洗时,将轴承放入干净的油池内边转动轴承边清洗.5. Attentions for Bearing Assembly and Disassemblya) Keep the bearing clean to protect from the ingress of dust;b) Take the bearing carefully to

26、avoid strong impact which will result in damage. Suitable instruments are recommended.c) Do not touch the bearing by hand directly. This may cause rust.d) When assemble or disassemble the bearing, any force shall be added to the inner bearing race. Other locations are prohibited. e) When hot fit the

27、 bearing, the temperature at any points shall not exceed 120.f) When assemble the bearing, the surface with bearing size shall be put to the outside.g) The bearing shall be cleaned in two steps. First clean the bearing with gasoline by brush or cloth, then put the bearing into gasoline and clean it

28、by turning.六.运转检查与故障处理运转中的检查项目有轴承滚动声、振动、温度、润滑状态等,如有异常状态,按附表2处理.判断轴承可否再次使用,要考虑轴承损伤的程度、机器性能、重要性、运转条件、及检查周期等.如有下列缺陷,轴承不能使用.1. 内外环、滚动体、保持架中有裂纹和出现碎片.2. 内外环、滚动体中有剥离的.3. 滚道面、挡边、滚动体有显著卡伤.4. 保持架的磨损显著或铆钉松动.5. 滚道面、滚动体有生锈和伤痕.6. 滚道面、滚动体有显著的压痕和打痕.7. 内环内径面或外环外径面有蠕变.8. 过热变色厉害.6. Check and Failure SolutionsDuring op

29、eration bearing rolling sound, vibration, temperature and lubrication shall be observed. Any abnormal cases shall be solved according to Table 2.Whether a bearing can be re-utilized depending on the damage, property, importance, operation condition and the inspection period. The bearing shall not be

30、 re-utilized if the following default occurs:a) crack or crush in inner or outer ring, rolling body or holder;b) stripping in inner or outer ring or rolling body;c) clamping injury in rolling surface, edge or rolling body;d) significant wearing or loosing pin of holder;e) rust or injury of rolling s

31、urface or rolling body;f) significant extruding or hitting signs in rolling surface or rolling body;g) creeping in inner ring ID surface or outer ring OD surface;h) discolor due to over heat.七.轴承滚动声的附加说明由于滚动轴承是旋转部件,在运转过程中,不可避免要发出各种声音,在检查轴承的滚动声时,应据滚动声的大小及音质进行辨别,以区分正常声音与异常的声音,但轴承声响的判断,国内外尚无定量的标准,我们认为是

32、:在整机噪声合格,振动合格,轴承温度合格的前提下,轴承声响连续、无间歇杂音;运行平稳、无起伏;声响均匀无尖叫,此种情况下的轴承响声并不影响轴承的使用,是正常的滚动声,电机可正常使用7. Additional Remarks to Bearing SoundBearing sound shall be determined by noise value and its tune. There is no unified standard to judge the sound is normal or abnormal. However the sound shall be judged as n
