4、°02E。详见工程位置图。Geological location: the proposed project is located at Pulau Muara Besar (PMB), east of Muara Port and 20km away from Brunei International Airport. Muara Port is situated at the entrance to southwest Brunei Bay along Brunei northeast coast, bordering the southeast of South China S

5、ea. Its geographical coordinates are 05°02N and 115°02E. For details, please refer to the attached map.工程范围:新建西区5万吨级石化码头2座(1#、2#泊位)、东区3万吨级石化码头2座(4#、5#泊位)、1万吨级件杂货码头1座(6#泊位)、东区2000吨级大件码头1座(7#泊位),为高桩梁板式码头及引桥等工程的施工,全部采用钢管桩,共计需要完成913根钢管桩的沉桩。Scope of works: the proposed project will create two 5

6、0,000 DWT petrochemical jetties (1# and 2# jetties) in western area; two 30,000 DWT petrochemical jetties (4# and 5# jetties), one 10,000 DWT general cargo jetty (6# jetty) and one 2,000 DWT heavy cargo jetty (7# jetty) in eastern area. All jetties are of high-piled beam-slab structure. Totally 913

15、 safety. 4、 实施准备 Preparatory Works4.1、施工组织机构 Construction Organization 成立钢管桩沉桩首件样板工程领导小组,建立以项目经理为首的管理机构,具体负责管理施工过程中的安全、质量和环境保护等工程:Establish a leading group for the initial sample project of piling works and set up a management organization with the Project Manager as its head, so as to manage the sa

20、e project, we plan to deploy one piling barge, one flatting barge for pile stacking, one anchor boat and one traffic boat. 24、工之前,由施工单位申报港区项目组批准后进行首件工程的施工,施工结束经评审达到要求后方可进行该分项工程的施工。通过实施首件工程样板制度,达到验证施工方案可行性,检查施工人员组织情况、施工机械设备等在施工过程中的整体配合效果、质量管理体系运转情况、安全管理体系及环保制度体系实施效果等的目的。Before commencing the sub-project of overwater piling works at full capacity, the Contractor should execute the construction of the initial sample project a

25、fter getting approval from the Regional Construction Team. The overall piling works can be implemented only after passing the evaluations on the initial sample project. The initial sample project system can verify the feasibility of the construction methodology; inspect the deployment of constructor

26、s, overall cooperation effects of construction machineries, equipment and etc. during construction, operation status of the quality management system, enforcement effect of the safety management system and environmental protection system and etc.5、 施工工艺 Construction Process 本次水上沉桩样板工程施工主要工序:The main

27、 procedures of the initial sample project of piling works are as follows: (1)、施工准备:对现场施工人员做好技术安全交底工作;做好机械设备报审工作,打桩船进场后做好锚缆布置工作;对进场钢管桩做好检验工作,包括钢管桩的原材料检验报告、出厂检验报告以及钢管桩的外观质量。Construction preparations: performing technical safety briefings on the constructors; submitting documents of the construction ma

28、chineries and equipment for approval; arranging anchor cables for the piling barge after its entrance; inspecting the steel pipe piles delivered, which should include test reports of the raw materials, delivery inspection reports and appearance quality of the steel pipe pile. (2)、测量定位:沉桩平面定位采用船载GPS定

29、位系统控制为主,全站仪复核,桩顶标高及贯入度采用两台水准仪控制,通过在桩身、桩锤上用油漆标出控制线,架设在大堤上的水准仪进行观测,以此确保沉桩过程处于受控状态。具体桩位资料见下表:Survey and positioning: the piling positioning will be mainly controlled by ship-borne GPS positioning system and verified by total station. The pile top elevation and penetration will be controlled by two leve

30、l gauges. Mark control lines on the pile shaft and the hammer with paint, and observe with the level gauge placed onshore, so as to ensure that the pile position is controlled. Data of the specific pile positions is as shown in the followed sheet: (3)、沉桩:测量定位后可进行沉桩施工,首先进行压锤稳桩,稳桩停止后开始锤击沉桩,为防止溜桩,开始沉桩时

31、应采用重锤压桩,待桩基稳定后开始锤击,直至设计桩顶标高CD+1.35m。1#引桥Y9-A采用重锤轻击,Y9-B采用正常锤击,Y9-C视前两根桩的沉桩贯入度情况决定正常锤击还是重锤高档。沉桩过程中须及时做好沉桩记录,真实反映沉桩实际情况。沉桩结束后,及时对桩位进行复测,及时反馈桩的偏位情况。Piling: piling operation can be implemented after the survey and positioning. Stabilize the pile first with hammer pressure. Hammering can be commenced aft

32、er the stabilizing operation. In order to prevent pile displacement, heavy hammer should be used to press down the pile at the very beginning. Then start hammering the pile to designed elevation of CD+1.35m after the pile foundation is stabilized. Use small impact energy by heavy hammer to drive pil

33、e Y9-A of 1# approach bridge and normal impact energy for pile Y9-B. Then decide whether to use normal impact energy or high impact energy with heavy hammer for the driving of pile Y9-C, while taking the penetration conditions of the above two piles into consideration. Keep piling logs timely so as

34、to faithfully record the actual piling condition. Conduct resurvey on the position of the pile driven and report the position deviation timely. (4)、停锤:本工程沉桩以标高控制为主(CD高程+1.35m),贯入度校核。沉桩控制贯入度为最后 10 击平均贯入度小于 5mm/击。当沉桩贯入度已达到控制贯入度,而桩端未达到设计标高时,应继续锤击贯入100mm或锤击3050击,此时贯入度不应大于控制贯入度,且桩端距设计标高不宜超过2m。超过2m时,应会同设计

35、单位研究解决。当桩端已达到设计标高而贯入度仍较大时,应继续锤击使其贯入度达到控制贯入度,具体接桩方案应会同设计单位研究解决。沉桩偏位超出允许偏差时(直桩:100mm),应及时与设计单位联系,研究解决方案。Hammer stopping: the piling works of this project shall be mainly controlled by elevation (CD elevation + 1.35m) and verified by penetration. The controlled penetration for piling operation is that

36、the average penetration of the last 10 strikes should be less than 5mm/strike. When the penetration has reached the controlled penetration, but the pile tip still has not reached the design elevation, the pile should be continuously hammered to penetrate 100mm deeper or continuously hammered for 30

37、50 strikes while the additional pile penetration should not be greater than the controlled penetration and the actual pile tip to the designed pile tip elevation should not exceed 2m (when it is more than 2m, shall consult with the design institute to study and solve the situation). When the pile ti

38、p has reached the design elevation and the penetration is still larger than the controlled value, the pile should be continuously hammered until the pile penetration reaches the controlled penetration, specified pile splicing methodology shall be solved with the design institute. If the pile positio

39、n deviation is beyond the allowable value (100mm for vertical pile), the contractor shall contact with the design institute in time for solving the problem. 6、 验收程序 Acceptance Procedures首件工程完成后,由港区项目组工程师组织对钢管桩的贯入度、桩顶标高、设计标高处桩顶的平面位置以及桩身垂直度进行检测、验收和评定。施工单位应对已完成的首件工程的施工工艺和质量进行评价,提交总结报告。由港区项目组工程师组织有关人员对其

40、进行分析、研究,验证施工工艺的可靠性、合理性,提出改进意见,确定最佳施工方法,并形成评审会议纪要。After completion of the initial sample project, inspection, acceptance and evaluation on the pile penetration, pile top elevation, plane position of pile top at design elevation and the perpendicularity of pile shaft shall be organized by engineers of

41、 Regional Construction Team. The Contractor shall conduct evaluation on the construction process and quality of the initial sample project completed, and submit relevant summary report. The Regional Construction Team shall organize relevant personnel to analyze and study the report, verify the relia

42、bility and feasibility of the construction process, put forward improvement suggestions, determine the optimum construction method and make Minutes of Meeting for it. 首件工程经评审通过后,施工单位进一步完善后形成最终施工方案,在此基础上进行水上沉桩工程的施工。After the initial sample project passes the evaluation, the Contractor shall develop t

43、he final construction methodology after further improvements to guide the following overwater piling works. 7、 质量控制 Quality Control7.1、桩的质量控制 Pile Quality Control(1)、本工程的钢管桩已经委托上海三航-亚新太钢管有限公司制作,为更好的控制桩的质量,从制桩开始,我公司和港区项目组已经派出驻厂人员对桩的质量进行监控,确保钢管桩质量。We have commissioned Shanghai Third Navigation ASP Ste

44、el Pipe Co., Ltd for the prefabrication of steel pipe piles. In order to effectively control the pile quality, at the very beginning of the prefabrication, the Regional Construction Team and our company had already assigned resident representative to the factory to monitor the fabrication so as to g

45、uarantee the quality of steel pipe piles. (2)、桩在沉桩前必须会同港区项目组对桩的规格、桩身质量进一步作全面的检查,对不合格桩不得用于沉桩。Before piling operation, the Contractor together with the Regional Construction Team shall make further comprehensive inspections on the specifications and quality of the piles. Those unqualified ones cannot

46、be driven. 7.2、沉桩时质量控制要点Focal Points for Quality Control during Piling(1)、根据地质资料加强观测和指挥,做好对“溜桩”的准备措施,采用重锤轻击,避免桩顶受损。Strengthen observation and commanding on the basis of the geological data; take preparatory measures against pile displacement; Use heavy hammer to strike the pile gently in order to pr

47、event damaging the pile top. (2)、桩驳出厂前随船携带一桶防腐漆,用于管桩吊装过程中可能受缆绳缠裹而导致表面防腐层局部受损的修补。Before departure of the pile transportation barge, a barrel of anticorrosion paint shall be also delivered so as to repair the coating which may be partially damaged during hoisting and transportation operation. (3)、禁止在锤

48、击过程中用移船的方法纠正桩位。It is strictly prohibited to correct the pile position by moving the vessel during hammering. (4)、锤击过程中,如出现贯入度反常,桩身突然下降时应立即停锤,会同港区项目组、设计等单位查明原因,采取有效措施后,方可继续沉桩。During hammering, in the event of abnormal penetration and the pile shaft penetrates too much abruptly, the operation should b

49、e suspended immediately. The Contractor together with the Regional Construction Team, design institute and etc. shall carry out studies to identify the cause. Piling works can be resumed after taking effective measures. (5)、移船过程中,打桩船上派专人看缆,防止缆绳蹩桩。When moving the vessels, dedicated person should be a

50、ssigned to watch over the anchor cables to prevent them from colliding with piles driven. (6)、本次沉桩时以标高控制为主,贯入度校核。The piling works will be mainly controlled by elevation and verified by penetration. (7)、做好打桩记录,为首件沉桩后质量验收提供原始记录。Make piling logs faithfully, so as to provide original records for the qua

51、lity acceptance of the initial sample project. (8)、桩基检测过程中,配合检测人员,提供地质、桩基、桩位、沉桩记录等资料,并就桩基检测结果及时与设计人员联系,确保工程沉桩质量符合要求。During pile foundation testing, the Contractor shall cooperate with the testers to provide data relating to geology, pile foundation, pile position, piling logs and so on. Timely commu

52、nicate with the designer on the pile foundation testing results, so as to ensure that the piling quality can meet the requirements. 8、HSE保证措施 HSE Safeguarding Measures 8.1、安全保证措施 HSE Safeguarding Measures(1)、严格建立安全生产责任制,职责明确,落实到人。Establish a rigid system of responsibilities in safety construction an

53、d make the responsibilities of specific person clear. (2)、所有施工管理及作业人员必须持证上岗,特殊工种人员必须持有相应的安全操作证及技术操作证。All construction management and operation personnel must have relevant certificates; personnel taking specialized posts must hold corresponding safety operation certificates and technical operation c

54、ertificates. (3)、建立安全检查制度,检查记录齐全,隐患整改做到定人、定时、定措施。 Establish safety inspection system and keep complete inspection records. The rectifications of hidden dangers must be implemented by the specific person with the stipulated measures within the regulated timeline. (4)、首件沉桩施工前对工人进行全面的针对性安全技术交底,受交者履行签名手

55、续。Prior to the initial sample project, conduct comprehensive safety technology briefings on the constructors, and those who are instructed should perform the signature formality. (5)、打桩移船时,锚缆布置时要做好相应安排。首件沉桩完成后,应在桩顶上设置警示灯,提醒过往或周边船舶注意避让,严禁各型船只靠停、带缆绳等。When moving the vessels during piling, the layout o

56、f anchor cables must be properly arranged. Set up warning lights for the piles driven to keep the passing or surrounding vessels away. Approaching of any irrelevant vessels is prohibited. (6)、布置沉桩任务时述安全生产要点,落实安全生产措施。召开生产会议要评述安全生产状况,进行有针对性、有目的、有内容的安全生产教育,增强职工的安全生产意识。When assigning piling tasks, state

57、 the key items for safety in production and enforce the safety measures. Review the safety production conditions and conduct targeted, aimed and substantial safety trainings at production meetings, so as to strengthen the employees awareness of safety in production. (7)、所有施工人员进入施工现场必须戴好安全帽,穿好救生衣。工作前严禁饮酒。All constructors entering into the construction site must wear safety helmets and lifejackets properly.
