1、浅谈高校提升教学质量做好因教施学提高教学质量是一所高等院校的永恒话题,作为应用型高校的教师,首要任务是搞好教学工作,也就是尽可能完美地将知识传授给学生。那如何完实现呢,可以从以下几个方面入手。Improving the teaching quality is the eternal topic of an institution of higher education, as the application of university teachers, the first task is to improve the teaching work, also is the perfect as

4、课堂后,就要面对学生,把准备好的内容倾囊相授。在这里,很重要的一点就是,大到课程,小到知识点,都应该尽量先让学生明白其学习的目的和意义,因为学生只有明确了学习的动机,才可能有更充足的动力和更明确的方向。因此,每门课程的第一次课,都应该花几分钟时间来讲述本门课程的学习目的,同时要联系学生的专业,告诉他们这门课程对他们会产生的影响,尤其是会对他们就业、发展带来哪些优势和便利(这是很多学生所关注的,弄清楚了这些问题,学生的学习就更有方向性,而不只是盲目地接受。同样的,对于一些细节,也可通过这种方式来引发学生思考。比如,很多课程里都会有数制的内容,日常用的十进制,计算机中采用二进制,那么八进制和十六进
5、制为什么会出现,有什么必要呢?在实际讲授这部分内容时,应该提出这样的问题,从而让学生理解学习这些内容的意义,而不仅仅只是不同数制间的转换。事实上,应该鼓励学生碰到知识点多问几个“为什么”,搞清楚为什么要学这个内容,能够很有效地扩展思维,开拓学生的眼界。事实上,这也可以看做是启发式教学的一种形式。The preparation is the preparation stage before class, when entering the classroom, to students, the prepared content purse-phase award. 13、真负责,每一次作业,都要仔细评阅。绝大多数情况下,学生对于老师的评阅都很重视,指出有错误的地方,能够及时改正,有时学生也会在作业本上写几句话提问或表达自己的一些观点和想法,遇到这样的情况,一定要认真给予回复,这样会让学生感觉到老师在关注着他们,重视他们,有助于提升学生学习的动力和信心。Finally, homework is an important link of improving teaching quality.
