1、319VLCC曲型分段控制流程The typical block control process of 319K VLCC 一. 胎架管理The first chapter: Jig management.由于之前的胎架损坏和缺失的较为严重,直接影响曲型分段的精度,所以目前首先对所有缺失和损坏的胎架进行跟换。在分段和旁板上胎前必须对胎架进行调整,精度检查合格后上板。Because of the damage and the loss of the jig, it directly affected the precision of the curve segments, so we first

2、ly changed the damaged jig. The jig must be adjusted and checked by the precision control department before the block and the side panel get on the jig.二拼板划线The second chapter: The spell scribing1、 第一张主板的定位方法:1. The position method of the first panel:1.1确认外板基准边(一般为TOP及FWD方向)。1.1 Confirm the outer pa

3、nel reference side (usually TOP and FWD direction).1.2 对胎架支柱图上第一张板材进行GROUD M.K施工。1.2 The first panel GROUD M.K construction.1.3以第一张板材基准边三个端点为基准点,并对三个基准点水平高度进行确认。1.3 Using the three endpoints of the first sheet reference edge as the reference points, and confirming the level of the three reference po

4、ints.1.4依照图示按顺序对三个基准点地线重合度进行确认。1.4 Confirming the coincidence degree of the three reference points ground marking based on the icons2、 其他板材的定位:2. The position of other board:2.1以第一张板材为定位基准,依次吊装其他板材至胎架。2.1 Using the first sheet as the positioning reference, lifting other plates to the jig as follows.

5、2.2检查其他板材的尺寸及地线重合度,方法参照第一张板材的定位方法。2.2 Checking the other sheet size and the coincidence degree of ground marking, the positioning methods is similar with the first plate.三、曲型外板二次划线方法The third chapter: the second marking method of the curved external plate1.划线要保证其外观尺寸在理论数据范围内,同时须有相关的检验线,用以保证其外板线形和坡口的

6、尺寸。1. The ground marking must ensure the appearance size in the theoretical data range, at the same time, the inspection line is needed to ensure the outer plate alignment and the groove dimension.2.必须进行基准线施工(147/150mmM.K),对于合拢时的肋检线等须敲上相关的洋冲。2. The reference line must be constructed (147/150mmM.K),

7、and the closure frame checking line must knock the checking points.3.划线结束后由施工队提出报验,精度管理人员对其尺寸进行复核使其在理论允许的误差范围内。3. The construction team should put forward the marking inspection, and the accuracy control department review the size to ensure the error within the allowable range theory.4.划线验收合格签字后进入下一

After inspection, the next procedure can be taken in.四.曲型片段的制作与控制办法The forth chapter: The typical segment production and control methods 曲型片段一般是由外板、肋骨、纵桁、肋板、肘板等构架组成,由的分段旁板还带有箱体、隔舱等,整个旁板都在胎架上进行组立,虽然结构有所不同,但是其组立方式基本相同。Typical fragment is generally composed by the outer plate, ribs, longitudinal

9、, frame, brackets and so on. Some side panels of the block will also composed by a box, compartment. The side plates are setted in the jig. Although the structure is different, the assembly methods are basically the same.1. 旁板的装配流程(以124-SS1A为例)1. The assembly procedure of the side plate (in the case

10、 of the 124-SS1A)1.1先装配前要根据图纸对结构的理论线进行确认1.1before the assembly we must confirm the theory line of the structure according to the drawings .1.2外板划线结束后,并对主要结构位置进行水平确认,水平调整到位后进行刚性支撑固定。1.2 After scribing, to confirm the level of the main structure, then rigid support fixed in place.1.3水平调整结束后进行上内部结构,先上纵

11、向的T拍并进行定位焊。然后进行肋板定位,肋板定位的时候必须注意与上口企口线对齐,所有肋位必须保证上口端面平齐。斜板端面和开口必须保证到位。1.3 After level adjustment, we can welded the internal structure. the longitudinal T bar is firstly located and welded. Then the frame is located, you must pay attention to ensure the upper end face is flush. The inclined plate sur

12、face and the opening must be secured in place.Ground ling management1.4肋骨装配,从上口企口位置开始定位一直到下口,保证企口位置在同一条直线上,而且保证肋骨与外板紧密贴合。1.4 Rib assembly, you should locate from the upper rabbet to the lower rabbet. We must ensure the rabbet in the same line and also ensure the ribs and the outer plate closely.1.5装

13、配完成后进行水平和尺寸自检,并报检B精度,B精度合格后开始关键位置焊接。1.5 After assembly, the construction team should take in the horizontal and size self-inspection, and apply “B” accuracy inspection. After passing the “B” accuracy inspection, the key structures can be welded.1.6焊接完成后拆除支撑固定,自检完成报检C精度,C精度合格后进行火工作业,最终合格后方可脱胎。1.6 Aft

14、er welding, the supporting and fixing can be removed. After self-inspection, the construction team should apply “C” accuracy inspection, then the explosive operation is allowed. Finally, the block can be removed from the jig.五.曲型分段的控制办法(以124分段为例)The fifth chapter: The control methods of typical bloc

15、ks(124 block as an example)曲型分段主要涉及到典型的轴舵系分段,机舱分段,舭部分段等。The typical segments are usually included shafting - rudder segment, engine room segment, bilge segment etc.按工作图上提供的施工要领、施工工艺并结合生产实际情况,按序吊装分段零、部件,其安装过程应采取下述必要措施。According to working drawing construction methods, construction process and combine

16、d with the actual production situation, the segment parts and components should be lifted sequential. During the installation process, you should take the necessary measures.1. 注意结构安装理论线位置、折边方向。1. Pay attention to installation theory line position, folding structure direction.2.中组立箱体必须在胎位上制作,保证水平、垂直

17、度和对角线。2. Assembly box body should be made on the jig, to ensure the level, the vertical and the diagonal.3.分段组装过程中,对低于600mm的部件用角尺调垂直,高于600mm的部件用线锤调垂直,对于安装有角度的零、部件,根据样台提供的角度样板进行安装定位。3. During the segment assembly process, the vertical should be adjusted by the angle square if the components are below

18、 600mm, otherwise you should use Line hammer.For the installation of the angle parts, you should locate it by the sample table angle template.4.分段四周必须进行支撑固定,同时对纵骨用连续的型钢加强,防止焊后波浪变形。4. The around of the segmented must be supported and fixed, and strength the longitudinal by the continuous steel in ord

19、er to prevent wave deformation.5.分段组装过程中应保证装配间隙不能超差。 5. During the assembly, you should ensure that the assembly clearance can not be oversize .6.外板定位的时候需要设置5mm反变形,装配过程中必须对隔舱的角度实时监控。6. The outer plate needs to set 5mm reverse deformation. During the assembly, the bulkhead angle should be real-time m

20、onitored.7.分段内部结构组装结束进行自检,自检合格后填写自检单提交精度管理部,同时进行B精度测量,根据测量结构及时的修正,修正合格后可以进行焊接。7. After segmented internal structure assembly, self-inspection is needed. Then the construction team should apply “B” accuracy inspection and modify it by the measurement results. After that, you can weld.8.在分段完全焊接完成后拆除支撑

21、固定,并向精度管理部报验C精度,对于检查结果现场及时修正,修正合格后方可脱胎。8. After the completion of welding, the support can be removed. Then the construction team should apply “C” accuracy inspection and modify it by the measurement results. Then you can remove it from the jig.六、曲型分段总组精度控制The sixth chapter: the accuracy control of

22、typical block pre-erection1.总组双曲型胎架精度控制。目前总组区域内部分胎架因长期使用,有损坏现象,为了保证曲型总段的外板线形及整体精度,已经要求搭载整改,并在后续持续更新调整,保证双斜切胎架精度。1. Hyperbolic jig precision control. At present, some jigs in the pre-erection areas are damaged because of the long time use. To ensure the outer plate shape and the overall accuracy, the

23、 erection department has been asked to improve to ensure hyperbolic jig precision.2.精度部全程参与搭载定位现场作业,第一时间发现问题并通知搭载部休整.2. Accuracy control department take part in the location in order to discover the problem in the first time and notify the erection department to modify.3.搭载部总组作业必须向精度部报验焊前、焊后精度。精度部检验

24、需要休整的,必须休整合格后方可进入搭载作业环节。3. The erection department should apply “B”“C” accuracy inspection. After inspection, you can enter the next stage.4.所有支撑加强必须按照工法要求阶段进行拆除。不得所以施工,导致线形不良。4. All the support must be removed in accordance with the requirements. 七、曲型总段搭载精度控制The seventh chapter: the accuracy control of typical block erection1.全面实施OTS模拟搭载作业。在整个船体精度控制比较难控制的曲型总段区域实施OTS工艺。在吊装前事前通过专业精度软件模拟实际吊装情况,来发现可能在吊装过程中存在的问题,并及时休整后搭载
