1、柏格氏平衡量表之信度及同時效度檢定黃小玲1 謝清麟2 林伯欣3 楊怡君4 黃恢濤5摘要 本研究的主要目的是檢定柏格氏平衡量表應用於腦中風病人之信度及同時效度。受試者是41位腦中風病人，分別接受柏格氏平衡量表及動作評估量表中的行走能力的評估。 觀察者在一位施測者評估柏格氏平衡量表時同時計分，另一施測者則在一星期內對相同受試者評估柏格氏平衡量表來求取施測者間信度;至於施測者內信度，則由同一施測者在一星期內對受試者評估兩次而得。 柏格氏平衡量表的總分與動作評估量表中的行走能力之間的高相關性(rs=.81)驗證柏格氏平衡量表具有高度同時效度。主要施測者與觀察者之間的一致性相當高(ICC=.99)，而不

For intra-rater reliability analysis, patients were reassessed by the independent rater within one week. The high correlations obtained between the total score on th

5、e Berg Balance Scale and the score for the walking part of the MAS (rs=.81) provide support for the concurrent validity of the Berg Balance Scale. The agreement between independent evaluator and the observer was excellent (ICC = .99), and that between raters was moderate (ICC=. 70).
