22、E+00 0.000E+00 0.000E+00从上述输出结果可以看出,在E=700MPa的情况下,A点压应变(VERTICAL STRAIN)=9.687E-04,B点拉应力(NORMAL X STRESS)=-2.563E+03,C点剪应力(SHEAR YZ STRESS)=-3.274E+02。(见图中灰底部分数据)3、 分析讨论A、对高速公路,一级公路,二级公路沥青混凝土面层和半刚性材料的基层和底基层,应验算拉应力是否满足容许拉应力的要求,如不满足,调整路面结构层厚度,或变更路面结构,或调整配合比,提高材料的极限抗拉厚度,重新计算。采用弹性多层体系理论编制的程序进行。对于冰冻地区,尚应

25、.367E+02-3.083E+02考察上述数据,找出在两种不同模量情况下满足c 0.5mpa ,b1.5 mpa ,a9.7mic 的厚度。从上表可以看出,从h=35起,A点压应变满足要求,C点剪应力也满足要求,B点拉应力在E=700MPa时也满足要求,仅仅B点拉应力在E=10000MPa时不满足要求,且基层厚度达到最大h=45时B点拉应力在E=10000MPa时也不满足要求。因此需要改变面层厚度。B、沥青面层和半刚性基层底面拉应力验算指标是用于避免结构层的不合理组合或材料的不合理选用,引起相对薄弱环节处出现某种类型的破坏,所以设置了相应的单项控制指标。但是在层间接触为连续的情况下,沥青面层

26、底面的应力虽处于受压状态,在层间接触为滑动的情况下,沥青面层底面的应力虽处于受拉状态,但沥青面层的疲劳寿命仍大于半刚性基层,因而,沥青面层底面拉应力验算指标在设计中不会起控制作用。我国沥青路面设计体系采用的是力学-经验法,其路面模型借鉴于SHEL的理论设计法,把路面作为一种多层弹性体系。设计弯沉是表征路面整体刚度大小的指标,是路面厚度设计的主要依据,层底拉应力作为验算指标。更改设计参数,重新输入设计数据,即可输出数据。下面列出在基层厚度h=35,面层厚度h0=12;基层厚度h=35,面层厚度h0=13;基层厚度h=40,面层厚度h0=12三种情况下A、B、C点的应力应变情况。分析讨论是否满足要求。基层厚度(h)面层厚度(h0)A点压应变(VERTICAL STRAIN)B点拉应力(NORMAL X STRESS)C点剪应力(SHEAR YZ STRESS)E=700MPaE=10000MPaE=700MPaE=10000MPaE=700MPaE=10000MPah=35(h0=12)8.110E-044.879
