1、教师工作本教务处制课程分析与实施方案一、课程设置为什么上这门课?1 课程定位依据人才培养目标设置课程,课程性质明确,注意涉及的前导与后驱相关课程本门课程是酒店管理专业在一年级上学期开设的专业课程。依据高职酒店管 理专业的人才培养目标,运用英语进行岗位效劳和沟通是高端酒店效劳与管理从 业人员必备的一项职业技能。因此,酒店三大业务部门的岗位效劳英语学习是贯 穿整个酒店管理专业专科学习过程的专业核心课程。这门课程针对高职高专酒店 管理专业学生开设,为他们能够从事酒店行业特别是胜任高端酒店效劳行业的岗 位打下根底。前导课程包括大学英语、形象礼仪等,它要支撑的后续课程主要是 顶岗实习。2课程教学目标包括
2、知识目标、能力目标和素质目标,符合人才培养目标要求1、知识目标:掌握酒店前厅部门对客效劳的根本环节,专业术语的英文表达, 典型工作情景的英文对话。2、能力目标:能够根据酒店前厅部门的工作需要使用英语对客效劳。3、素质目标:培养学生对本专业和职业的热爱,树立良好的职业道德,培养学 生具备一定的职业心理素质、效劳意识、团队协作精神、敬业精神。3 课程设计理念先进,思路清晰,与行业企业共同开发课程,课程实施注重工学结合 本门课程的学习针对性很强,即掌握如何顺利使用英语进行酒店前厅部门主 要岗位的对客效劳工作。英语学习的重点不再是侧重英语语法和词汇上, 而在于 对学生进行岗位英语的对客效劳训练上,让学
3、生能够了解岗位根本专业术语的表 达、常用句型、典型工作对话等。让学生在每一单元的学习之初就明了本单元的 学习目标,然后根据自己的学习根底拟定需要完成的工程。在授课过程中可以根据学生的层次设计难易程度不同的模拟训练任务。最后,让学生能从有控制的和 模仿训练中让学生积累技能从而向灵活自如地运用转变。二、教学内容上什么内容?1 内容选取包括知识内容、技能内容与素质内容,选取表达先进性、针对性和适用性1客房预订。2、接待入住。3、礼宾效劳。4、外币兑换效劳5、总机。6、问讯处。7、处理投诉。8结账离店。2 内容序化模块化根据工作任务、工程及工作过程程序化教学内容,安排科学,符合职业成长规 律和学生认知
4、规律1、专业术语2、典型对话3、工作程序4、常用句型5、模拟训练3.表现形式教学内容表现形式表达齐备性、适用性、先进性1 PPT课件2、典型对话材料三、教学设计如何上?1 .教学模式以学生为主体,以工学结合为切入点,有针对性的设计教学模式,充分表达“教、学、做合一的教学模式,企业参与对教学模式的评价,注意教学反应和改良1、定目标2、引对话3、讲单词4、析对话5、总句型6、练模拟7、做练习8、总重点2. 教学方法与手段根据课程内容与学生特点选择恰当的教学方法, 灵活多样的选择教学手段,恰 当运行现代教育技术与虚拟现实技术案例分析 模拟情景训练 小组展示3.保障条件满足课程实训要求的专兼结合的教师
