14、60;七、说教法与学法Teaching and study methods As we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in the Middle School is to cultivate studentsabilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their go

15、od sense of the English language. So in this lesson Ill mainly use “Communicative” teaching method, “Audio-visual” teaching method and “Task-based” teaching method. That is to say, Ill let the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue. Ill give the Ss some tasks and arran

16、ge five kinds of activities: talking, guessing games, watching CAI, acting out Section A and having a competition. STUDYING WAYS 1. Teach the Ss how to be successful language learners. 2. Let the Ss pass "ObservationImitationPractice " to study language. 3. Teach the Ss how to master dialo

21、;out the difference between the irregular verbs and the regular verbs. (Intention: students can review the Past Simple Tense they have learnt before and they can also

24、 do the activity 1a and 1b in page67 .Then, I will check the answers with them. For 1a, after completing it, students will be asked to repeat each phrase.&

26、ep7 Working After doing those in page67, students have known the new things a little, then introduce new language structures to them. First, I will practice the exam

27、ple dialogue with a student. Then students are asked to practice with their partners. At last, they can make a survey to tell about what they did last weekend.&

28、#160; (Intention: in this step, students get drills of the words and sentence structures. Asking them to show their dialogue before class can cultivate their courage. The

29、y want to learn and speak English, but most time they are shy and diffident, for fear that they will make mistake, so it is a good chance for them to&

30、#160;practice. ) Step 9 Do some exercise Give students some exercise to do to practice what they learned this class. (Intention: Allow students to practice what they 

31、;have learned in time, improve the listening, speaking, reading and writing of a comprehensive language skills.) Step10 Summary   Ask students to summarize what we learnt

32、 in this class, including words, sentence structures.  Step11 Homework I think homework is so important that the Ss should speak English as much as they can in&

35、0;Past Simple Tense. At the beginning of the class, I use an English song to arouse the students interest. During my preparation, I prepared a lot of pictures t

36、o realize the revision and teaching of the new words. And I gave students more time to speak and listen. The total goal was to develop students ability to 

37、talk about their weekend. But I found some unsatisfactory elements in my teaching. I think it would be better for me to improve the teaching procedure for future
