8、音端子机是由机体部分、压着机构、电控系统三大部分组成。摒弃传统的滚轮式离合器定位,采用更为先进、精确的感应定位。系统控制部分 全部采用进口电器元件,整体更加完善。配以专用的OTP 卡式模具,安装更换方便,适用范围广泛。XYL-1T/1.5T/2T super-mute terminal machine is made up of three parts, namely body ofthe machine, crimping part, electrical- control part. It gets ride of the traditional roller clutchto preci

11、able should be in stalled stable, firm and easy-operated high.3、按图示底板安装孔位置要求在工作台上钻孔,并用螺栓将机器锁紧在工作台上Drill a hole on the soleplate as requested in the picture, and lock the machine firmly onthe table by bolt.4、务必使用三芯接地电源,否则必须将接地线接到压着机的接地螺栓上It must be used tri-core groun ded power source, or connect the

12、 groun ded line to thebolt.5、接通电源,空机运行正常,主机安装完毕。When the power is on, the machine works smoothly, the installment of the main machine is fini shed.四、导流板的安装 The installment of guide board端子压着机的左右两侧上方各有一个导流板安装孔,在使用时根据端子的不同, 选择不同的安装方向(图二)There are both holes above the left and right of Termi nal crimp

16、ollows:1.将端子吊架从压着机顶面上吊架孔插入,将端子吊架调整好方向;In sert the termi nal cradle in the hole that is upper the mach ine, adjust it.2.在 机体两侧各有的两个固定孔内装入M8 螺钉,拧入后将端子吊架锁紧En case the M8 bolt, in the two holes on the each side of the machi ne body, screwthem and lock the cradle.3.如图依次在端子吊架上装入 端子固定环 端子固定弹簧(3)端子顶圈(4)端 子卷

17、(5)端子顶盘,调整好端子卷和端子固定弹簧压力后,用M8螺钉锁紧端 子固定环。En case the followi ng parts one by one on the cradle: (1) fixed collar; (2) fixed spri ng;(3) top circle ;( 4) term inal roller ;( 5) top plate; after adjusti ng the term inal roller andfixed spri ng, use the M8 bolt to lock the fixed collar.4. 端子卷固定后,将端子带经导流板

Make the block set into crimp ing mach ine mold.2、 用专用的压块将模具底板固定在机器模座上,使模具稳

25、g the machine1、 检查压着机和压模安装是否稳固,脚踏开关和电源插座是否插牢。Check whether the crimp ing mach ine and the mold are in stalled firm, and whether thefoot switch is firmly in serted in the electrical outlet.2、 检查电源是否与规定电压 220V 相符,并且必须安装接地线。Check whether the power source accorda nceto the specified voltage 220V , and i

27、adjustment of crimping height of machine(1)、打开压着机电源开关,按图六所示,将开关拨向手动调整位(手动)Turn on the power source of crimp ing machi ne, referri ng to picture 6, turn the switch tothe manual adjustme nt positi on.(2)、按下点动调模钮(下),使主机滑块带动压模滑块,由上止点缓慢下移到下 止点,压接过程中想退回则按调整钮(上).Press dow n the adjustme nt butt on, make th

28、e main mach ine block drive the pressuremold block, and move from the choke point on the top to the choke point on the below. Onthe process of press in g, if you want to retur n back, and the n press up the adjustme ntbutt on.(3)、调整刀模的压着高度(图七)the crimping height of the adjustment knife mold压着高度调节图(图

30、l the adjustmentoutward)a 松开滑块上压板螺钉 loose the crimping bolt on the blockb 用调模棒插入压着机模柄圆孔内并转动,左转则调低压着高度,右转则调高压着高度。以此调整模刀的压着高度,直至端子将铜导线铆合符合要求。Insert the adjustme nt stick to the hole of crimp ing mach ine mold and turn around, leftturn will lower the crimp ing height, right turn will higher the crimp i

Adjust theheight of the knife mold un til the termi nals conform to the comma nd of riveti ng.c 锁紧压着机滑块压板螺钉Lock the crimp ing board bolt on the crimp ing machi ne.d 继续点动调模钮(下)直至压着机滑块复位,完成一个工作行程。一个端子被压接。Con ti nue to tur n dow n the mold butt on un til the block retur n and finish one work

32、 stroke.The n one term inal is crimped.e 连续手动压接几个端子都符合铆接要求。Con ti nue to crimp ing several termi nal that conform to the comma nd of riveti ng.(4)、刀模的微调 adjustment of knife molda 全压着高度微调:拉出压着高度微调杆旋转可微调,全压着高度微调杆有 1-8 共 8 个调整刻度,其中以 1 号码的位置为基准点(位置在上面)此时 上刀模组位置越高;数字越大,上模刀组位置越低。1-8 数字每间隔一个刻度,高度就相差 0.08mm

Based on the No.1 graduati on, the larger the No. is, thelower positi on of the knife mold is. The height is differi ng of 0.08mm for each graduati on.b PVC 压着高度微调: 拉出 PVC 高度微调杆旋转, 可微

34、调 PVC 模刀的压 着高度。 PVC微调杆有 1-6 共六个刻度,其中以数字 1 为基准点(位置在上), 此时 PVC 模刀最高;数字越大,PVC 模刀位置越低。1-6 数字每间隔一个刻度, 高度就相差 0.1mmPVC crimp ing height adjustme nt: pulli ng out PVC height adjustme nt rod and rotati ng.There are six graduati ons from 1 to 6 on the rod. The height is differ of 0.1mm for eachgraduati on.2.送料爪位置的调整(图八)the adjustment of position feeding claw(1) 、上刀模在上止点时,将送料爪支承座固定螺钉松开,旋转送料的调整螺杆, x 使送料爪对准端子的 A 点。横式刀模需将送料爪的最前端调整在孔内。Whe n the upper knife mold is in the positi on of the choke point on the top, lo

36、ose the bolton the feed ing claw set, rotate the adjustme nt rod X, make the feed ing claw aimed attermi nal A positi on. The horiz on tal knife mold must adjust the front of the feed ing moldin the hole.注:送料爪设有 3 种孔位,调整送料位置时可根据需要调换孔位PS: there are three hole on the feedi ng claw. Whe n adjust ing th

38、 hole)(2) 、以手动操作将上刀模组调整至下止点,此时送料爪应退至B 点,继续点动调模钮,使上刀模组回至上止点时,送料爪推动端子从B 点到 A 点,一个送料过程完成。Adjust the upper knife mold to the choke point on the below, at this time the feed ing clawis back to B, continue to press adjustme nt butt on and make the upper knife mold back tothe choke point on the top, the n

39、the feed ing claw pulls the termi nal from B to A, the wholeprocess of feedi ng is fini shed.(3) 、锁紧支承座固定螺钉,送料爪位置调整完毕。Lock the bolt on the set, adjust the feed ing place.(4) 、若送料爪前部对端子料带前后偏移较大,或者对料带孔不准时,可通过对 压模送料底板的前后微调来较正端子带与送料位置。If the top of the feeding claws have large excursion with the termina

40、l belt, or the termin alsare not fitt ing the hole timely, you can adjust the feed ing board on pressure mold to matchthe positi on betwee n the term inal belts and feedi ng parts.注:每次调整完毕,必须将滑块复位。Remark: Each time after adjustme nt, the slidi ng block should be retur ned back.3. 正常运转前的检查 Exam befor

41、e running(1) 确认压模周围没有异物。Check whether there are dirties around the pressuremold.(2) 把开关拨向脚踏,开始试压着几个端子,完全符合要求后即可正式运转工作,否则要重新微调压着高度。Put the switch to the foot step, try crimp ing several termi nals; after they all meet therequireme nt, the n it can running in the order. Otherwise you must adjust the c

42、rimp ingheight aga in.4. 正常运转 the machine is in working order.a 将电源接通后,把开关拨向脚踏,开始正常工作Turn on the power, put the switch to the foot step, the n it works smoothly.b 将导线置于端子压接部位,即下刀模中间的适当位置。Put the wire un der the term inal crimp ing parts, that is the proper positi on betwee n belowkn ife mold.c 踩脚踏开关

43、,压着机滑块下冲,将端子与导线铆接,模具送料将下一个端子 送至刀模的压接位置。Step the foot switch, crimp ing block un dershoots and rivet the term in als and wires; thenmold feed ing guide the n ext term in als to the crimp ing positi on of the knife mold. d 重复(2)(3)两步可实现导线与端子的连续铆接。Repeat the (2) and (3) steps, con ti nue the riveti ng

44、of the term in als and wires.5. 结束工作 finish worka 把开关拨向中间 Put the switch to the middle.b 切断电源 Cutting off the power.c 清除端子废料 Clean the terminal waste materiald 清除表面污渍 Clea n the dirties on the surface.九、压着机的维护与保养 Maintenance of crimping machine1、压着机的日常保养 Daily maintenance of the crimp ing mach ine(1

45、)每日工作前对模具滑动部位加适量机油Every day before work, adds some lubrica nt to the glid ing part of mold.(2) 每日工作前对压着机顶部油杯内加适量机油Every day before work, adds some lubrica nt to the oil cup on the top of the crimp ingmachi ne.(3) 每月对压着机滑块内铜套滑槽进行清理,并重新加注润滑脂。Every month clea n the copper runnerin the slid ing block of

46、 the crimp ing mach ine, andadd lubrica nt aga in.步骤如下:The step as follows:a 松开压着机滑块上的两块压板Loose n the two press board on the slid ing block of the crimp ing machi ne.b 取出滑块与铜套进行清理清洁Take out the slid ing block and the copper knot and clea n them.c 加注润滑脂,完毕后将各部件装回原位after addi ng the lubrica nt, reset
