2、迅速发展壮大能在激烈的市场竞争中取得长足进步靠的是有一个 好带头人傅飞龙走的是一条依靠改革创新和科学决策的健康发展之路。傅飞龙同 志从 1994 年以来先后担任紫金山金铜矿选矿厂车间班长、副主任、主任、副厂 长、厂长安徽紫金矿业公司总经理、安徽铜陵紫金矿业公司总经理2006 年初受紫金集团公司的委派调往乌拉特后旗紫金矿业有限公司任总经理。在此期间 由于工作出色多次被评为“先进工作者”、“优秀党员”同时还担任国安徽池 州市贵池区政协委员。他是一个“台阶式”的干部一步一个脚印的走出了自己的 精彩人生也走出了一个企业发展壮大的道路。provides venture platform, makes m

15、理量 60 万吨的尾矿选硫系统每年可从尾矿库中回收 硫精矿 15 万吨。该项目即可有效的做好尾矿库资源的综合回收利用工作还可降 低了企业发展的成本产生循环经济带来的效益为乌后紫金进一步发展壮大打下 了良好的基础。2、傅飞龙同志始终高度重视金属平衡工作通过不懈努力使选矿成本由2006年的 75.32 元/吨下降到 2007年的 60.28 元/吨每吨矿的处理费用降低了 15.04 元 2007年减少成本支出 750万元, 选矿实际回收率与理论回收率的误差也由去年 的 3, 以上下降到今年的 1, 左右仅此两项就为企业增加收入 1665 万元。三、立足长远拓展资源傅飞龙同志说 : “一个没有战略的

22、产投产后 年生产锌金属量 6 万吨销售收入可突破 10个亿可实现各种税费 4 亿多元 前景非常乐观。四、以人为本、协调发展 傅飞龙同志始终坚持“以人为本、追求卓越”的经营理念他说“企业也是构 成社会的一个基本单元企业发展的同时必须得考虑社会的整体利益承担相应 的社会责任和义务为地方政府分忧解难。企业在快速发展的同时要始终不忘回 报社会、奉献社会要尽最大可能为当地一些农牧民和下岗职工提供再就业的机 会。” 因此公司现以为当地农牧民及下岗职工提供近 200 多个就业岗位随着 企业的不断发展壮大还将为周边农牧民和下岗职工提供更多的就业岗位以缓解 当地政府的就业压力。同时傅飞龙同志始终坚持企业、自然和
