46、让方式取得土地使用权，工业项目用地出让按商政【2007】45号文商丘市招商引资优惠办法执行。Settled projects to acquire land-usage rights through transfer mode, the project land adopts the implementation of【2007】45 Shangqiu Investment Invitation preferential practices .2工业项目用地办理土地手续时，土地出让金先按摘牌价交纳到市财政局土地专项账户，出让金优惠部分待市财政专项返还到梁园区财政后，7个工作日内以恰当的方式返还
