T hen co int eg rat io n analysis and Gr ang er causality t est o n capit al allocat ion eff iciency elast icit y and FIR are carried o ut , finding that bot h variables are I ( 1 , and t her e is co int eg ratio n relation bet w een t hem , and lag 1 year , capit al allo cat ion ef f iciency elast icit y is F IR's Grang er reason , but no t vice versa.
