17、2）：池壁外侧土方下挖侧壁破除底板破除破除的砼碎渣、钢筋等清理 说明：考虑到施工现场区域小，开挖的污水池壁外侧的土方无法堆放在现场，需随挖随运至厂外，以免占用有限空间，影响后期施工。根据建设方提供的由东风设计院设计的污水处理站改扩建工程的施工蓝图结合现场实际情况、再依据由项管方提供的地质勘探报告。我单位就原污水池池体拆除分项工程进行如下分析：在原污水池位置新建的MBR、水解酸化、预曝气生化池基础深度为：-2.1m浅于拆除的污水池（如下图1）池底深度分别为： -7.000m和-3.75m。 我施工方考虑拆除方案如下：1、 清除原污水池沉淀物。用清水反复冲洗池壁、池底，确保池内的污水（酸性、碱性或

18、油性）排除干净，对新建后的砼无破坏。2、 对于-7.000m含油污水的隔油调节池内的污水清理使用池壁底开孔，池壁外做积水坑，污水流入池外积水坑内后进行水泵抽排。3、 进行原污水池壁拆除时，用机械啄木鸟拆除池壁至新建基础-2.1m以下0.6m（-2.7m）。（附图2）4、 用碎石土进行新建基础以下至原池底板位置分层回填并夯实。原污水池：深度超过4.5m(-4.5米) 3、 施工注意事项 对部分拆除的同一建筑物或构筑物进行拆除前，应先对保留部分采取必要的加固措施禁止立体交叉方式拆房施工，砌体和简易结构房屋等确需倾覆拆除的，倾覆物与相邻建筑物构筑物之间的距离必须达到被拆除物体高度的1.5倍以上。必须
