Over tightening can damage the threaded inserts in the fiberglass or plastic frame and cause them to loosen. Without the correc

10、t tension the port retainer may come loose and the Band Mask could flood. This could lead to drowning. 11、epaired andrequires the replacement of the mask frame.如果插入端口损坏，不能修复，只能更换面罩框。确认O型圈的位置，在固定器后部！1） 通过内部口鼻面罩（9），安装前部设备（3）。并且和固定器（28）结合。8）将2个o型圈套入前部设备（3）杆轴。9）按好球柄（34）和螺帽（33）。10)当球柄（34）和轴杆不再随意活动，并且转动球柄有阻力的时候，拧紧螺帽（33）然后再松开螺帽，让轴杆可以滑动。11）如果螺帽太紧，前部设备（3）就不能动。警告！WARNING: The material used in the face port (27) i

12、s very strong. However,certain chemicals will attack the polycarbonate and weaken it. Some solvents used for grease removal will attack the polycarbonate. Use only mild detergents or organic soaps to clean the face port. Never allow overspray of silicone lubricant to get on the face port. Although t

13、he siliconelubricant is non-injurious, the propellant is usually Freon (chlorinated hydrocarbon) that will damage the port. 14、统概述科比摩根通讯系统需要很好的维护和保养。要保证潜水员之间，潜水员和水面之间的通讯正常！通讯系统可以2线也可以4线。耳机检查从头罩（2）拿出耳机（10，11）。1）先拿开前部的橡胶盖，然后是后面的。2）检查线的连接，必须牢固！移开橡胶盖3）检查聚酯隔膜，如果有损坏，就要全部更换！如果使用纸板的通话片，使用5次就要更换！只有在没有科比摩根电话的时候，可以使用纸板电话。4）如果橡胶盖不是很好，就要更换！检查聚酯薄膜麦克锋检查工具：1/8英寸螺丝刀拿下麦克风，需要从通讯端（73）和终端（82），拔下接线插头。1）从通讯端（73），拿下螺帽（71）和垫圈（72）。如果使用终端设备（82），电线是和耳

15、机，麦克连在一起。从通讯部分拿下螺帽！2）拔开接线片。注意位置！3）将麦克风（12），慢慢拉出口鼻处（9）。连接线也同时带出。4）麦克风（12）是专门为水下设计。背部是毡的可以吸收盐分，保护麦克风。麦克风应该定期检查，清洁，用清水擦去毡上的盐分！5）如果使用新的麦克风或者旧的麦克风，就要在口鼻处重新固定！给新麦克风安装连接片！6）拧螺帽（71），注意不要拧动通讯部分（73）。如果（73）松动，说明密封被破坏！会导致进水！（.2）指导维修！CAUTION: Take care not to break the seal made by the silicone sealantwhere the communications posts penetrate the mask frame.
