2、lped an old woman fell to the ground and escorted her to hospital, later her family dragged the man to court, ruled that the man should pay 40 percent of the medical costs.(Abrams,Par2) This matter has influenced Chinese society for a long time, which makes people fear to help others. So Chinese gov

3、ernment should provide legal protection for these good Samaritans in a law. The Good Samaritan law is to remove the fear of being punished of someone rushes to the rescue of someone and protect rescuers.To be honest,when some Samaritan have helped someone, they are often treated unfairly and the cou

4、rt always make wrong decision.For example,a woman called ShiShuYing, a driver has the motivation to help her, just because he saw her lying on the ground ahead of his bus,a passenger saw this and everyone blamed the driver for knocking her down. But if the woman did not say”it is not him”,the driver

5、 may be charged.(An,Par2-7) So,when matters happens, the helper have no choice but to accept punishment.Good Samaritan law can avoid this problems,it can provide legal aid if needed,and the rescuers has to provide evidences.For example, Good Samaritans can seek help from legal aid organizations if t
