10、and other小学一年级数学教研活动工作计划(2006 2007 学年度上学期)一、指导思想根据学校教研工作计划,认真学习教育教学理论,以“新课标背景下的课堂教学 ”为主题,以全面提高教学质量为目标,以教研教改为突破口,以优化课堂教学为切入点, 以培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才为目的,积极组织形式多样的教研活动,转变教学思想,改进教学行为,全面提高学生素质, 提高一年级数学教师的教育教学水平。数学课堂教学力求体现:1、重视以学生的已有经验知识和生活经验为基础,提供学生熟悉的具体情景,以帮助学生理解数学知识。2、增加联系实际的内容,为学生了解现实生活中的数学,感受数学与日常生活的密切联系。
