GBL-0.6刮板捞渣机是吸收德、日等S.S.技术而研制开发的我国新一代捞渣设备,用于100600MW燃煤发电机组的炉底灰渣处理。The model code means ：其型号意义为：GBL is the abbreviation of Chinese word of the scraper carrier

13、大硬渣块也不会卡死。无级调速驱动使刮板运行速度可在0.22.5m/min范围内无级调速，拖动力大且能过载自停并报警。后翘式圆环链张紧调节机构较国内外同类产品更灵便可靠。刮板与链条的连结采取“铰叉连接”，既简单可靠，又便于装拆和调节刮板密度，链条采用高强度合金圆环链经特殊表面硬化耐磨处理，其寿命达到了当代国际先进水平，与圆环链匹配的驱动链轮和导向链轮皆取“凹齿式”，它比“凸齿式”的强度高和不易掉链等优点已被国内多年的实际运行充分证实，机仓内导轮轴承防灰水的“双油封”结构设计，使捞渣机长久可靠地运行更有保证。加筋铸石防脱落衬砌扩大了铸石衬砌面积和提高了牢固可靠性。GBL-0.6系列捞渣机按机身长的

14、不同分为多个型号，规格齐全，“三化”程度高，即满足了各种容量，各种炉型对捞渣机的合理匹配与灵活选用，又使构件与备品品种少而通用，机身设计可用分段式，便于普通车皮运输。4 Installation&Adjustments4 安装与调试The scraper support with wheels that track on the railway with stopper at each end. 15、 requirements.捞渣机以其行轮支承于道轨上，支承处加防滑行挡铁。机下设灰沟，地面做顺水坡度，基础可根据用户要求。 The scraper can be transported in section & part. Excluding the scraper plate and circle chain ,all the others must be connected and assembled ,and locked to the railway firmly. According to the diagram shown, finish the rest. If the

16、 scraper loaded wholly, the firebrick must be built in plant. The surface to be built should be prepared to remove the industrial finish coat, available NaOH (Huojian) solution removed it and water rinse clean it .Build with the "cement sand gum" mixed by 1:3 cement and sand with the scale

17、 of 1:3, plus 20% No.107 architectural glue (polyvinyl alcohol formaldehyde glue) , concreted in the period of 20 days.捞渣机分段、分部发运，除刮板与圆环链外全部拼接与装配完毕并支承于道轨上后，再按图现场安装，若捞渣机整体发运，则铸石可在发运前衬砌完毕。衬砌前需将衬砌处金属表面防锈漆清除，可用NaOH(火碱)溶液刷掉后再用水冲洗干净，用1：3水泥沙浆加20%107胶（聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶）混合而成的“水泥沙胶浆”衬砌，凝固期20天。Mix 425# cement, middle-s

23、cooling water shall not affect the movement of the scraper on the railway. 所有滚动轴承内腔必须注满4号钙基（ZG-4）润滑脂。机仓内供水可按每吨炉底排渣需冷却水2.8吨和吸收每平方米排渣口面积辐射热需冷却水0.4t/h（已考虑了捞渣机壳体对流和辐射散热）概算，冷却水引入管位置不得妨碍捞渣机在道轨上移动。Driven system and the base must be firmly secured firmly reliable.
