Procedure5.1 BOM Creation5.1.1 .1 PM submit all customer documents to DCC or DCC download documents form customer Web site , and register al external documents.

6、5.1.2 DCC give a DOC NO. and sent the customer documents to product engineer Jhe same time inform the product team5.1.3 PE translate customer BOM to standard format, insure the standard BOM tally with customer BOM . and feedback standard BOM to DCC. DCC record PE mail and BOM.5.1.4 DCC generate the

7、BOM in BaaN system according to PE 飞 standard BOM . DCC insure system tally with PE standard BOM .5.2 BOM Review5.2.1 DCC finished creation BOM in system .at the same time insure system tally with PE standard BOM .5.2.2 DCC output BOM form BaaN system .printed it and sent PE , Q E to verified it wit

8、h source documents , them insure system BOM the same with the customer BOM .523 PE and QE verified BOM ,And signoff in hardcopy.5.3 BOM Approval5.3.1 DCC sent to hardcopy to approved for Material manager, Engineering manager .Quality manager and program manager.
