2、re Science (Shanghai) Co., Ltd背景：Background随着临床护理学科的发展，安全、有效、可靠的中长期静脉治疗途径越来越受到各医院临床工作者的高度重视。经过多年的技术推广，Picc的应用已在国内大中城市的大型综合医院具备了一定的技术基础，但规范的Picc的理论培训及操作流程的执行始终是各大医院为之困扰的问题。为了满足临床护理操作人员呼声日增的操作资格认证需求，也为了规范包括Picc技术在内的中长期静脉治疗，提高护理工作者在Picc置管过程中的穿刺成功率及在使用中心静脉输液器材过程中出现的临床问题的解决能力，迫切需要由行业专业协会牵头建立系统、科学、严谨的中长期静

3、脉治疗的标准化培训体系，加深临床应用者对这一治疗途径的认识和远期规划。As the development of clinical nursing subject, a medium to long-term intravenous therapy which is safe, effective and reliable is drawing more and more attention of the clinicians in various hospitals. After years of technology popularization, the technological ba

4、se for application of Picc (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) has been built in the large-scale general hospitals of large and medium-sized cities of the country. However, the standardized academic training of Picc and the execution of operation procedure are always the trouble for each large-

5、scale hospital. In order to meet the increasing demand of the clinical nursing operating staff for the authentication of operation qualifications, and with the purpose of standardizing the medium to long-term intravenous therapies including Picc technique and increasing the success ratio of puncture

6、 in the process of Picc tubing and the abilities to solve the clinical problems in using central intravenous transfusion equipment for the clinicians, there is an urgent need for the industry professional association to lead the establishment of a standardized training system of medium to long-term
