2、le for managing all Japanese Accounts for the hotel which includes making regular calls to assigned Japanese accounts, developing new Japanese accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel
3、budget.She/He will be fully guided/assisted by either Director of Sales & Marketing or Assistant Director of Sales in her/his course of duty. Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:Plans and manages sales call to all Japanese companies according
4、to Account Management procedures adhering with Kempinski standards on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.Handles all enquiries and leads from potential Japanese clients which may involve meeting, site-inspection, menu tasting, negotiation and contract signed-up, attending all corporate functi
5、ons organized by the Hotel and follow-up until business is secured.Participates in sales activities by identifying potential customers whether from existing or new accounts, selling via tele-marketing or sales call. Participating in Hotel sales blitz to develop new business and follow-up.Maintain go
6、od relations with Japanese companies and solicits daily room night production of individual, groups and conference business from the existing and new accounts in order to meet sales targets.Organizes Japanese VIPs arrivals, welcomes and provides them with assistance during their stay according to th
7、e Kempinski Hotel Shenzhen standards and in order to meet guest satisfaction.Plans, coordinates and supervises with the help of various departments that Japanese clients specific requirements are adhered to ensure their satisfaction.Reviews monthly production and account performances, recommends and
8、 executes sales activities required to ensure growth of each individual accounts is maintained and needs are met, identifying new customers, embarking on sales call to new accounts.Keeps a 2-way communications between Japanese accounts and Hotel, ensuring clients are kept updated with latest hotel d
9、evelopment. Vice versa, senior management are kept updated on changes in Japanese companies, market events, market trends and customers feedback on hotel and competitor activities.Maintain a set of updated records and call results, potentials accounts, activities, competitive information, rate histo
10、ry etc in opera for all Japanese accounts.Produces daily & weekly productivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lost business and corrective actions taken.Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as attending meeting, handling correspondence related to designat
11、ed accounts, writing monthly and weekly sales activities report on the Japanese market, including companies and travel agencies (handling Japanese Market) operating in China.Carry out other tasks as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.JOB PROFILE· EDUCATION:High School or College
