6、, portability and easy operation, etc. It is especially adaptive to field use. When MK-DXM-I electric actuator check meter is using DCS system signal, the signal from DCS system will be converted into corresponding signal through the inside of the instrument and output to actuator, and the feedback

7、signal of actuator will be output to DCS through the instrument. At the same time, both the signal of DCS system and feedback signal of actuator will be displayed on the instrument, and the whole system is working normally. This instrument is only for monitoring. When the signal source transfers to

8、the native, this instrument will operate the actuator directly and switching value or analog signal output can be chosen, and the position feedback signal of the actuator will be sent to DCS system through the instrument and the corresponding output signal and position feedback signal of the actuato

23、DCS connecting socket is not connected or DCS is powered off or lack of power)後面板保險絲座Fuse socket保護Warrant防止因過流損壞儀器。Avoid impairing the instrument caused by overcurrent.操作和使用連線前請確認此儀器銘牌上的參數和執行器的參數相符合，否則不能連接！ 在线操作：將儀器後端電源開關撥向“關”位置，在電源關閉的狀態下連線。將DCS系統連接到執行機構的插頭插到儀器後面對應的插座上，將儀器附帶的信號連接線一端接到執行機構的插座上，另一端接到儀

24、器對應的插座上。確認無誤後，將儀器後端電源開關撥向“開”位置。顯示窗中“電源”標題下顯示“DCS”表示電源由DCS系統提供。按“信號來源切換”按鈕，本儀器可在以下兩種運行方式中選擇：1. 信號來自本機，對執行機構手動控制，此時DCS系統無法對執行機構操作。顯示窗中“信號”標題下顯示“本機”。對執行機構手動控制時，按“信號模式切換”按鈕，可在以下兩種信號模式中選擇：l 模擬量：此時本機輸出到執行機構的是420mA 直流信號，顯示窗中“模式”標題下顯示“模擬量”。Operations and usesMake sure that the parameters of the instrument s

25、hould correspond to those of the actuator before connecting, otherwise connection is forbidden.On line operation Transfer the power switch on the back of the instrument to “Close”, connect line in the state of power off. Insert the plug which is used for connecting the DCS system and actuator into t

26、he corresponding socket at the back of instrument, and insert one end of the enclosed connecting line of the instrument to the socket of the actuator, the other end into the corresponding socket of the instrument. Confirm that there are no errors, and transfer the power switch at the back of the ins

27、trument to “Open”. And below the “Power” title in the indicating window displays “DCS” which means that power is supplied by DCS system. Press the “Signal source alteration” button, and two operating mode are available for the instrument.1. Signal is from the native, and operate the actuator manuall

28、y. At this time, DCS system will not be able to carry out operations to the actuator. Below the “Signal” title in the indicating window displays “Native”. Press “Signal mode alteration” when operating actuator manually, two signal modes listed below can be chosen :l Analog: At this time, the native

29、outputs 420mA DC signal to the actuator. Below the “Mode” title displays “Analog”在模擬量模式下，按住“增加輸出信號”或“減少輸出信號”按鈕可在420mA範圍內改變輸出到執行機構的信號大小。鬆開按鈕後輸出停止，保持當前的信號量。顯示窗中“輸出信號”標題下顯示輸出的電流值。如需高精度測量輸出的電流大小，可將高精度電流錶接入“輸出電流檢測”端口。當輸出信號在4mA , 執行機構未全部關閉，或輸出信號在20mA ，執行機構未全部打開的情形下，應校整執行機構使之相對應。 l 开关量：此时本机输出到执行机构的是开关量信号，显

30、示窗中“模式”标题下显示“开关量”，在開關量模式下，按住“增加輸出信號”或“減少輸出信號”按鈕輸出開關量信號，顯示窗中“輸出信號”標題下顯示“打開”或“關閉”，表示執行機構正在打開或關閉。鬆開按鈕後輸出停止，顯示窗中“輸出信號”標題下不顯示。In the analog mode, pressing “Increase output signal” button or “Decrease output signal ” button can alter signals value output to actuator within 420mA. The output will stop afte

31、r unleashing the button, and it will keep the current value. Below the “output signal” title displays the output current value. If high accuracy output current value is needed, insert the high accuracy current meter into the “Output current checking” port. When the output signal is 4 mA, the actuato

32、r is not be closed fully, or when output signal is 20 mA, the actuator is not completely opened. In this case, regulate the actuator to make them correspond.l Switching value: At this time, the native outputs switching signal to the actuator. Below the “Mode” title displays the “switching value”.Und

33、er the switching mode, pressing “Increase output signal” button or “Decrease output signal ” button to output switching signal. Below the “Output signal” title in the indicating window displays “Open” or “Close”, which means that the actuator is opening or closing. Output will stop after unleashing

34、the button, and below the “Output signal” title in the indicating window doesnt display. 2.信号来自DCS系统对执行机构自动控制时，顯示窗中“模式”標題下自動顯示DCS系統輸出的信號模式。模擬量時“輸出信號”標題下顯示DCS系統輸出的電流值。開關量時“輸出信號”標題下顯示DCS系統輸出開關量的狀態，正在輸出開關量時顯示“打開”或“關閉”，無輸出時不顯示。顯示窗中“反饋信號”標題下顯示執行機構的反饋信號的電流值並反饋到DCS系統。“增加輸出信號”、“減少輸出信號”按鈕和“輸出電流檢測”端口都不起作用。离线操

35、作：在计量室或维修站调校电动执行机构时，可将仪器附带的电源连接线插到对应的插座上，确认无误后将仪器后端电源开关拨向“开”位置，显示窗中“电源”标题下显示“外接”表示电源外供。将“信号来源切换”按钮切换成本机，再按“信号模式切换”同样 可在以下两种信号模式中选择。2. The “Increase output signal” button or “Decrease output signal ” button as well as the“Output current checking” will not work.Offline operationWhen checking electric act

38、uator in measuring room or repair station, insert the enclosed line of the instrument into the corresponding socket, and transfer the power switch at the back of the instrument to “Open”after confirming there are no errors. Below the “Power” title in the indicating window displays “External”which me

39、ans external power source.Transfer the “Signal source alteration” button to the native, and press the “Signal mode alteration”, two signal modes are also available for choice.l 模拟量：此时本机输出到执行机构的是4-20mA直流信号，显示窗中“模式“标题下显示模拟量。调试方法与在线操作相同。l 开关量：此时本机输出到执行机构的是开关量信号，显示窗中“模式“标题下显示”“开关量”调试方法与在线操作相同。無論是在线操作或离线

40、操作，无论信號來自本機或DCS系統以及模擬量或開關量，執行機構的反饋信號都在顯示窗中“反饋信號”標題下顯示。當執行機構全部打開或全部關閉時，執行機構上的限位開關動作，顯示窗中“限位”標題下對應顯示“上限”或“下限”。如當執行機構未全部打開或全部關閉，顯示窗中“限位”標題下已顯示“上限”或“下限”，則應調整執行機構上的限位開關位置，使其能正確動作。保質說明本儀器自銷售日起一年內非人為故障免費維修（運費自理），超過一年收取材料費。l Analog: At this time the native outputs 4-20mA DC signal to the actuator. When actuator fully closes or opens, the limit switch of the actuator will work, and below the “Limit” title in the indicating window correspondingly displays the “Upper limit” or “Lower limit”. If the actuator not completely opens or closes, but below the below the “Limi

44、t” title in the indicating window still displays the “Upper limit” or “Lower limit”, then regulate the position of the limit switch of the actuator to make it work properly.
