Fallowing works are accomplished.i) On the base of analysis of traditional design procedure in detail, referencing with method of Artificial Intelligence, combining with design experience of company and many
7、 experts, basic black box module of intellectualized CAD system knowledge-based of automobile body welding line is proposed and subdivided. Step by step, function of every part is specified, basic system frame is realized. Work principle and division of module is proposed.ii) Knowledge of automobile
8、 design is extracted. Outer techniques repository and internal design repository including design repository of rule, module and case are advanced at the first time. Outer techniques repository is representation of automobile welding fixture design task. In the internal repository, repository of des
9、ign rule is representation of all kinds of welding assemble line and expert design thought; repository of design module is representation of typical module unit and design case repository is representation of typical single locate unit.iii) Knowledge of every part in outer repository and internal re
10、pository is introduced in detail, internal relationship and characteristic of knowledge in each part is analyzed and object-oriented and produced knowledge representation method is adopted to express all knowledge.iv) Knowledge repository of system is constructed on the platform of UGNX CAD, constru

User can input outer design knowledge and maintain knowledge in internal repository.Using procedure and function of the system is illustrated by design of front door in some vehicle of Fotong, and design result is compared with traditional method fina

Research and development of intellectualized CAD system knowledge-based of automobile body welding line prove fowling points.i) Concept of design knowledge-based is applied in the field of automobile welding line, system and function of intellectualized CAD system knowledge-based of automobile
13、body welding line is proposed at the first time, the principle and construction of the system is proved feasible.ii) Object-oriented knowledge representation is suitable for outer knowledge, relation between outer knowledge is reflected and construction of outer repository is convenient.iii) Produce
14、d knowledge representation is suitable for internal knowledge, premise and conclusion of rule is distinct and corresponding internal knowledge repository is easy to build and manage.iv) Intellectualized primary design of single station in automobile welding line is realized on intellectualized CAD s
15、ystem knowledge-based of automobile body welding line.v) Method of Group Technology is adopted in searching of automobile welding line design knowledge. According to Group Technology, part indicated in rule is classified with serial by characteristic of part in key word of rule, searching and matching in reasoning machine is convenient and system efficiency is increased.vi) Concept of module repository is proposed i
