2、名词<1抽象名词 work confidence news集体名词 police family class可数名词1 个体名词 student pen boy2、/、可数名词(没有复数)1)分类食物 tea rice bread fish beef<1 物质名词饮料 milk water juice orange不可数名词 <自然物质air soil sand wood情感 peace honesty courage life love概念 knowledge news population exercise学科 maths physics geography chemist

3、ry2)计量不可数名词,用“基数词/不定冠词+量词+of+不可数名词”表示,数词决定量词单/复数形式。如:a glass of water 一杯水 a cup of tea 一杯水two pairs of glasses 两幅眼镜3、可数名词的复数形式1)规则名词的复数形式:一般在单数形式后面加-s或-es。现将构成方法与规则列 表如下:规则例词1.一般情况在词尾加-smap-maps, girl-girls, day-days2.以s,x, ch, sh结尾的名词后加-esclass-classes, watch -watches, dish-dishes3.以-f或-fe结尾的词1)变-f

4、和-fe为v再加-es2)直接加-sthief -thieves, knife-knives, wife -wivesbelief-beliefs, roof-roofs, gulf-gulfs4.以辅音字母加y结尾的名词,变y为i加-esparty -parties, family -families, story-stories5.以兀音字母加y结尾的名词,或专有名词以y结尾的,力口 -stoy -toys, boy-boys, day-days,6 .以-o结尾的名词1)有生命加-es2)无生命加-shero-heroes, potato-potatoes, tomato-tomat o

5、espiano-pianos, photo-photos, zoo-zoos2)不规则名词复数:英语里有些名词的复数形式是不规则的,现归纳如下:规则例词1.改变名词中的兀音字母或其他形式man-men, woman-women, foot -feet2.单复数相同sheep, deer, series, means, works, fish,3.只有复数形式trousers, clothes, glasses,scissors4. 一些集体名词总是用作复数people, police, cattle5.部分集体名词既可以作单数(整体)也可以 作复数(成员)class,family, group

6、, government, populaceteam, public, party6.表示“某国人”加-sAmericans, Australians, Germans, GreeksSwedes, Europeans单复数同形Chinese, Japanese以-man 或-woman 结尾的改为-men,-womenEnglishmen, Frenchwomen4、名词的所有格:名词在句中表示所有关系的语法形式叫做名词所有格。1)表示有生命的东西(人或动物)的词所有格形式:单数名词和不以-s结尾的复数名词一般在词尾加s ,如: the girl's dress, Women'

7、;s Day以-s结尾的复数名词在词尾加(,)如: Teachers'Day,the twins' room2)以of构成的词组,主要用于表示无生命东西的名词所有格,如:a map of the world, the name of the book3)有些表示时间、距离、度量衡、价值、自然现象、国家、城镇等无生命的名词, 也可以力口 '构成所有格。如:today' s newspaper, five minutes ' walk,a ton ' s weight, a dollar ' s worth of stamps4)表示两个名词

8、共有一样东西时,或表示一个整体词组的所有关系时,只在第二 个名词后面加's,如:Li Leiand Wang Fei'sbedroom, an hour and ahalfs talk5)表示两个名词各有的东西时,或表示词组内并列名词各自的所有关系时,就在 各个名词后都加's。如:Jim'sand PeteLsdesks (两人各自的桌子);Joe'sand David'sbooks (两人各自的书)6)双重所有格结构,“of+名词所有格/名词性物主代词”,称为双重所有格。如:a friend of my father '找R亲的一位朋友
