52、k,newi deas,第一章、工程概况1、工程简述:本工程为株洲电业局营销中心(营销综合楼)场地平整土方工程。该工程位于株洲市新华路与文化路交汇处。进场道路已修筑,交通十分便利。场区地势:整体地势西高东低,地处丘陵地带,区域内高低不平。工期要求 30 日历天,总计:挖方约30000 立方米,资金来源:企业自筹,已经落实。工期质量要求:合格工程。2、工程设计:总建筑面积:6159 m建筑层数:地上6层,地下一层,建筑高度: 22.4m,结构类型:框架结构,设计使用年限:50年,耐火等级:二级, 屋面防水等级:II级,地下室防水等级:II级,抗震设防烈度:小于6度,本工程室内士 0.000设计相
53、当于绝对标高为51.50m,室外设计标高相当于 绝对标高见总图。整个场区平整,场地成四边形状,东西长81.52 米、 89.72 米;南北长61.26米、61.04米。填土必须分层夯实,每层 30-40cm,填方边坡按: 4:1.05 放坡。施工进场道路已修筑,交通便利。3、施工及生活用水:施工及生活用水、电均有建设单位提供水源、电源。 并接至施工现场。施工单位接至用水地点,整体施工条件较好,便利施工。第二章、工程整体施工部署1、施工总体设想:根据本工程原始地形地貌特点和平整设计施工要求,我们可以看出设计平整区内,均有挖填土方。西面挖方大于填方。故可以确定本工程需要运出土方主要集中在西面。工程
