3、，多看英语书籍。7、多与学生交流，进行口语交际训练。五、学困生教学措施1、了解学困生心理，建立师生感情。2、尊重、理解、宽容、善待学困生。3、借助集体力量感染学困生。4、给学困生制定适合他们发展的学习目标，充分肯定他们完成教学目标的 能力，以达到培养其自信心。5、家庭的配合是学困生转化的外部条件，通过家长会议、家访等多种形式 及时与家长相互沟通，交流信息。六、学优生教学措施英语是一门交际工具，是一门实践性很强的课程，大量反复地训练对学优生 来说会很快产生学习上的疲倦，不利于他们的学习激情。所以我制定了相应的措 施。1、活跃课堂气氛，为学优生量身定制难度稍大的符合课文内容的材料。2、课后为学优生
