1、中华优秀传统文化弘扬优秀传统文化创建校园德育特色-开发区中心学校开展“中华优秀传统文化教育”实施方案为传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化弘扬伟大民族精神提高学生文化素养推 动全区校园文化建设向纵深发展根据市教育局关于在全市中小学开展“中华优 秀传统文化”教育实施意见，枣教文,2014?110号，的要求决定以中国传统文 化教育为内容进行德育特色化学校创建活动现制定如下实施方案：一、指导思想开展中华优秀传统文化教育是加强中小学生思想道德建设积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要举措建设优秀传统文化传承体系弘扬中华优秀传 统文化努力践行“厚于德、诚于信、敏于行”的精神确立现代的教育理念坚 持育人为本立德树人

2、培养学生良好的思想道德素质促进学生全面发展。二、工作目标中华优秀传统文化是中华民族语言习惯、文化传统、思想观念、情感认同的集 中体现凝聚着中华民族普遍认同和广泛接受的道德规范、思想品格和价值取向 具有极为丰富的思想内涵。在实施过程中分学段有序稳步推进。，一）近期目标：达成共识研讨细化具体操作方案。,二，中期目标：通过进行中华传统文化建设活动加强学生的道德修养和人文 修养使学校形成良好的教风、学风、校风。，三，远期目标：attention to the relationship between plants and soil, as well asthe skilled technician j

26、传统文化蕴含的民族精神、道德情操、 人文涵养的深入挖掘和宣讲。2、经典诵读。广泛开展经典诵读活动是实施中华优秀传统文化教育的重要载体。开展经典美 文诵读活动不仅让学生在吟诵中细细品悟中华文化的源远流长、博大精深真切 感悟汉语韵律、词章之美打好语言文字功底而且在诵读中获得熏陶提高修养 是一种终身受益的文化储备。要坚持分层施教有选择地诵读国学经典确保诵 读的针对性和实效性。小学低年级学生选择弟子规、三字经、百家 姓、千字文等，坚持以读为主，注重培养语感和整体感知能力，小学中高年级 学生选择笠翁对韵、幼学琼林、论语、大学、道德经等 引导他们在诵读的基础上边读边思考理解中华优秀传统文化内涵。要丰富诵读

34、师。利用每日晨 读、师生共读、集体朗读等形式进行诵读力争每天早晨诵读10分钟、每周一次集体朗读、每学期一次诵读比赛。同时要把诵读活动与“大量阅读”语文教改实 验、读书活动、“书香班级”创建、课题研究活动相结合通过声乐、舞蹈、器 乐、美术、书法、篆刻、摄影、剪纸评比等形式学习传统文化、弘扬中华美德。3、活动引领。建设以社会主义核心价值观为主流的多元校园文化、班级文化举办学习汉字 书写、成语比赛、经典文章比赛、主题班会、专题演讲、书法绘画、专家讲座等多 种形式的主题教育活动。要融中华优秀传统文化教育于传统节日文化、习俗文化、 庆典文化之中如各种传统节日、法定假日、重大历史事件纪念日等。通过学生喜

42、邻里和睦的良好家风共同创设弘扬传承中华优秀 传统文化的良好氛围。积极拓展家庭和社会教育资源坚持学校教育与家庭教育、 社会教育的紧密结合形成学校、家庭、社会相互支持、相互配合相得益彰的大教 育体系。四、保障措施,一，加强组织领导。成立“中华优秀传统文化”教育工作领导小组校长杜占强任组长张涛明、 程晓梅为副组长张冉兵、刘顺敏、程红霞、亢向明为成员领导小组下设办公室 程晓梅兼任办公室主任具体负责日常工作开展。要注重过程检查、学期评比 完善主题教育活动制度切实增强实效。,二，加强队伍建设。要以语文、品德，政治，等学科教师为主其他学科教师为辅进行学科渗透 培养建立一支中华优秀传统文化教育师资队伍。通过开
