Its amazing how it gets a parents attention when the schools arent meeting expectations.A system that doesnt hold people to account assumes that certain children cannot learn, andthat its acceptable to shuffle them through school. Well, thats not acceptable in America, toshuffl

20、that someof the achievement gaps amongst African Americans and Hispanic students are narrowing. 22、ngthen the No Child Left Behind Act. The act is working; Congress needs to reauthorize it andmake it better.
